Help getting a ride The state of Texas’ Medical Transportation Program (MTP) gives members a ride to their doctor and other medical appointments when they have no other transportation options. Call 877-633-8747. When MTP isn’t available, we can help members get to appointments. Call Member Services. Terms: Limited to 8 one-way trips. Members must call at least 3 days before the appointment to schedule transportation. Need determined by Health Plan Case Manager as medically necessary.
