healthy lifestyle beyond the retreat.

One bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The ‘Private Spa and Sauna Suite’ comes complete with a sauna, jacuzzi bath, separate kitchenette and has direct access to the pool, gym and private beach.
PRIVATE SKY SUITE$3100 Per Couple or Twin Share Only
The master suite can be found on the upper floor which has stunning 180 degree views across the bay. The suite has one king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bath tub and seperate shower.
MEZZANINE SUITE$2880 Per Couple or Twin Share Only.
Enquiry available upon request for 3 people as there is a connecting room.The suite is located on the ground floor. Enjoy your beautiful spacious room with en-suite bathroom, which also has a connecting room (4.6m x 3.9m) if you have group of 3 or you have an option to have a young adolescent over the age of 16.
BEACH FRONT VILLA$2100 Per Person
This villa has a spacious room with 2 connecting bedrooms, which has the option to accommodate 4 people. One room has a king size bed and the other one has a double sofa bed, or option for a double bed. These connecting rooms share a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and double sink. They have 2 doors access and are ideal for 2 couples or friends!

Located in the heart of the Thai jungle in Koh Phangan’s north west, Pyramid Yoga boasts clean air and nature in its most pristine state and is renowned for its giant pyramid shaped studios. Pyramid Yoga is a centre run by David Goulet, famed yogi, that has spent over 5 decades studying and practising the science of Chakra Yoga and ancient Indian techniques.
Guests will also have the option to try a Cacao Ceremony which is a sacred medicine used for connecting with nature. It energises and helps people to open themselves, which compliments Ecstatic Dance. Ecstatic Dance is an event that encourages free expression through movement.
HEALTH + FITNESS
BOXING Learn and improve your technique with a variety of drills with pads and gloves ropes, guaranteed to relieve stress and burn calories.
HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) Short bursts of intense exercise with quick recovery periods to boost your metabolism, burn calories and achieve maximum benefits in minimal time.
STRENGTH + CONDITIONING Focuses on correct lifting techniques for strength, speed, agility, balance, flexibility and power. This will teach you how to execute functional bodyweight and loaded movements for the most effective results.

ELLA COOK
Ella is a passionate health & fitness lover. She has always enjoyed being active and pushing herself through different types of training including boxing, functional and HIIT. Ella has also recently discovered a passion and appreciation for meditation, yoga and spiritually, and uses physical activity as a mindfulness tool.
FARIS CHEVALIOR
Learn the art of boxing with highly qualified trainer Faris Chevalior. As a champion pro boxer from France, he will share his knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of boxing. He will teach guests how to use these to create a workout for all levels for fitness.

Against the backdrop of beautiful Koh Phangan, we have designed a retreat to suit each guests’ interests, needs and goals. Activate U has been thoughtfully planned to stimulate the mind, body and soul through a variety of workshops. From mobility, flexibility and high-intensity fitness to yoga and meditation, all sessions will motivate and energize guests. We also offer a variety of optional outdoor adventure activities such a kayak and paddle-boarding.

TIMETABLE
Although we provide a scheduled timetable, nothing is compulsory! There is a timetable appended to this information pack where you can nominate which activities you would like to participate in. Even though we are a health and wellness retreat, we still enjoy happy hour and celebrating our achievements, it’s all about balance. We also provide options and suggestions for guests who may like to explore the magical island of Koh Phangan.
FOOD FOR SECRET BEACH VILLA
Our private chef will fuel guests with a variety of delicious and nutritious foods which will be made custom to guests’ dietary needs. Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily, in addition to a welcome and farewell dinner. Conveniently located 3.5km from the Secret Beach Villa lies the tropical paradise of Haad Salad Beach which offers a variety of dining venues for our guests.

PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS
We are also offering payment installments based on which package you purchase. Once you’ve paid your 50% deposit, you can elect to pay the balance in equal weekly instalments up and until the day of the retreat.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The closest airport is Koh Samui airport. Your Activate U experience has been planned from the moment you land. From here, a dedicated host will meet you and you will be chauffeured by private car and ferry boat to Koh Phangan.
