ด้านการแพทย์และสุขภาพ (Data Center) ระดับจังหวัดและส่วนกลาง
ใน 22 จังหวัด 18 เขตตรวจราชการ
นโยบายรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข

รมต.นพ.ประดิษฐ์ สินธวณรงค์ ทิศทางการทํางานในระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพชาติ ใน 10 ปีต่อไป
การพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลข่าวสารให้เป็นระบบและมีการนํา
เทคโนโลยีมาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพ เพื่อใช้เป็น
ฐานข้อมูลระดับชาติ (National Health Information) และ
ภายใน 1 ปี ตั้งเป้าหมาย มีหน่วยงานกลาง ในการจัดทําธุรกรรมการ
เบิกจ่ายระดับชาติ (National clearing house) เกิดขึ้น โดยมี
คณะกรรมการดูแลระบบที่มีส่วนร่วมของผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกภาคส่วน หน่วย
บริการจะส่งข้อมูลทุกระบบผ่านหน่วยงานเดียวระบบเดียว23
