duty paid or Drawback claimed during the same period i.e. last three

financial year.

The details may include issue in brief, date of SCN order and revenue implication. In

case this applicant has come to any adverse notice of the department / Govt., details may be

communicated.

These details are necessary to run a background check on compliance record submitted by the party for the last three years in terms of Para 3.2 of the Customs Circular No. 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016 and Circular No. 03/2018-Cus dated 17.01.2018

In case no comments are received within 14 days, it will be presumed that you have no objection in granting "AEO "status to the above applicants.
