For full instructions please refer to TF1 instructions.
In the event that the lid of the TF1 has been removed, ensure the lid is fully re-tightened to the correct position (lining up the embossed line mark on both the lid and the inlet/outlet port), using the spanner provided (see diagram).
The TF1 unit does not need to be disassembled for installation, cleaning or servicing however if disassembled, replace all appropriate seals for example the lid collar/bleed valve ‘O’ rings, as good practice dictates (spares are provided with product in box). Additional Fernox TF1 Range Seal and ‘O’ ring kit is available: item number 59288.

How to change the orientation for both the TF1 Compact & TF1 Total Filter
Using a flat end screwdriver in the recess shown, gently lever the locking clip into the ‘unlock’ position.
Pull the inlet/outlet port approximately 3 mm away from the body to allow rotation to the required position.
Push the inlet/outlet port back towards the body of the unit to prevent further rotation.
Push the locking clip securely back into the ‘lock’ position.
