MISSION AND OBLIGATION OF A TASK FORCE

TFs are recommended by the Governance Board and approved by the General Assembly. A TF Agreement runs for a period of up to 4 years. (TF MFCCH Agreement started July 2008)

TF leadership: represents an HPH member, reports to the Governance Board.

A TF shall represent at least 3 HPH members

A TF shall:

•describe relation to the HPH mission, purpose and objectives

• put Action Plan, TF members, time schedule, deliverables online

•deliver a progress report

• meet during the international HPH conference

•Primarily be self-financed. The GB can be asked for financial support when presented with specified needs.

The aims of Task Force on MFCCH

• To create a framework for continuity after the conclusion of the MFH project

The HPH Task Force is co-ordinated by HPH Regional Network Emilia Romagna, AUSL Reggio Emilia

• To foster co-operation and alliances between healthcare organisations and other networks

• To share and disseminate best policies and practice and initiate the development of quality tools

• To support health care organisations in the HPH in becoming MF & CC organisations as indicated in the Amsterdam Declaration

ORGANISATION OF THE TASK FORCE

1.Coordinating team (decision making level): to lead and coordinate actions; to decide and organise activities (workshops, conferences...).

2.Advisory board (scientific level): to discuss ideas and developmental activities to inform the coordinator decisions.

3.Working groups (operative level): to collect and develop knowledge and practice in the areas of concern.

4.Hub of networks (partnership level): to facilitate connections between other networks and projects

5.MFCCH web-site (communication level): to share ideas and knowledge, to promote and disseminate best practice.
