At the exhibitor service-office, the exhibitor can collect the reserved car parking card; see location in the eastern sector on the plan. 1.7. East Access Exclusively for Exhibitors (before venue is open to the public and after the

fair is closed for the day) All exhibitors identified by their credentials are authorised to enter through the north-east gate of Hall. No. 2, from and to the eastern sector, car park.

1.8. Exhibitor Services-Office

To support fair management and to facilitate Exhibitors’ participation in Salón Look Santiago, the organization will set up an Exhibitor Service Office with personnel specially trained to advise and resolve any problems that may arise. This office will be at Exhibitors’ service in the access area of the fair starting on Thursday, October 25, and is open on:

• Thursday 25 - Friday 26 October 09:00 to 19:00 • During the fair: 10:00 to 20:00

1.9. Basic and Optional Services for Exhibitors

The fair’s basic and optional services may only be coordinated using the SALON LOOK SANTIAGO on-line Service for Exhibitors. Services involving costs must be paid before the fair opens.

1.9.1. Optional Services for Exhibitors (with cost)

The following services may be contracted directly by each exhibitor using the on-line purchasing system especially enabled for the fair. Instructions will be sent by email to the Exhibitors’ contact staff listed in the booking and rental forms. • Food & Beverage Services on Stand • Special stand design and construction projects • Banquet Services • Additional Power • Connectivity (Internet) • Stand Toilet Service • Water and Drainage Service • Printing and Graphic Installation Service • Furniture Rental Service

Food and Banqueting Service:

The Banqueting service is a service provided exclusively by Espacio Riesco; contracting of external companies is therefore prohibited. Any tasting session held by Exhibitors must comply with the regulations required by the Health Seremi and the food that is brought into the room must be labelled. The exhibitor must inform the organisation if they will handle food on their stand. If so, this must comply with the current regulations of the corresponding entities and be supervised by specialised personnel provided by Espacio Riesco.

Additional Power – Electricity

Basic power, (70 watt per m2), does NOT include installation or electrical distribution, or the Exhibitor’s machinery, equipment or materials.

• The Exhibitor must provide all transformers, sockets, extension leads, and the like. • Additional energy must be contracted through an on-line exhibitor service platform • Additional KW of power, under 5 KW is single-phase energy, above 5 KW power is considered three-phase. • The type of power used in Chile is 220 V single phase, frequency 50 Hz and 380 V three phase. • Service Connection Cost: • Single-phase, KW UF 2.5 + VAT ; USD 115 + 19% VAT; € 92 + 19% VAT • Three-phase, KW UF 3.5 + VAT ; USD 160 + +19% VAT; € 130 + +19% VAT

The exhibitors or their production companies must comply with the mandatory registrations of their temporary electrical installations (registered in the SEC), through the TE-1 (electronic procedure 1) as indicated in DFL 4/20018, art. 223. Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism. The Exhibitor, either itself or through its Production Company, must register all Electrical Installations fitted on its stand or uncovered area. The Electricity Installation Company must register the Electricity Installation Plan (NCH 2/84) using Electronic Procedure 1 (Spanish initials TE 1) and send them by e-mail to [email protected]:

1. Plan of the Electrical Installation, (in CAD) 2. Explanatory Report, (if applicable) 3. TE 1 Registration Certificate (in any format with legible Folio) 4. Letter of liability, (if there is not one for the entire Stand Project) 5. Installer RUT on both sides (in any digital format) 6. Installer's SEC card on both sides (in any digital format).

Connectivity (Internet)

This service is mainly: Wireless Access (Wi-Fi) to Internet, speed 2 Mbps per connection (cost UF 3.0 + VAT, USD 136 + 19% VAT, € 110 + 19% VAT). Please note: - The segregation rate of national transfer capacity speeds is 1:1; for the international transfer speed it is 1:4 depending on the country of origin. - The Exhibitor must ensure that his equipment has a network card. - Espacio Riesco reserves an out-time of 0.8% for external failures during the fair period

Cleaning and Security:

The organisation handles the cleaning of the fair’s common areas. Each Exhibitor is responsible for cleaning the inside their stand (cost UF1.3 + VAT; USD 160 + 19% VAT; € 130 + 19% VAT USD 60 + 19% VAT; € 50 + 19% VAT) for 8-hour service). Security in common areas of the fair; everything occurring inside the stand is each Exhibitor’s liability.

Water and Drainage

These services will be provided according to the service description: Water point, consumption included: delivery in ½ pvc high pressure pipe with reduction and ½” ball stop-cock. Drain point, includes: Delivery in 40-mm PVC pipe. The fair installers only connect the supply to a point outside the stand and the installation does not include distribution inside the stand. The plan must be uploaded to the exhibitor service platform indicating the desired location of the connection with exhibitor name + Stand number + contracted service (Cost of Water Service UF8,0 + VAT USD 363 + 19% VAT, € 295 + 19% VAT and Drainage UF 4.0 + VAT USD 181 + 19% VAT, € 147 + 19% VAT).

Sale at your stand

Sales are allowed. The Exhibitor must complete the authorisation procedures in Internal Tax Service. Transbank equipment must be requested directly from this company.

1.9.2. Compulsory Information of the Exhibitor

These forms are mandatory for all Exhibitors, as it they contain information essential for coordinating their participation and for communicating their presence at the fair. If the forms are not received on the dates already indicated, (September 28, 2018), the data from the rental agreement will be used. • Exhibitors’ credentials • Credentials of assembly and disassembly staff (enter on-line Exhibitor Service platform) • Data for Exhibitors’ Catalogue (enter on-line platform Exhibitor Service) • Stand description (identification panel, basic modulation) (enter on-line Exhibitor Service platform) • Information for the media (enter on-line Exhibitor Service platform)

1.10. Payment of Contracted Services All requested services must be paid before delivery by our operational areas.

2.- EXHIBITORS ASSEMBLY

Santiago S.A. Convention Centre, Espacio Riesco, will be open for assembling and decorating of the stands on the following days and times:

Special Projects

Thursday, October 25, from 13:00 to 20:00

Modular Stand

Friday, October 26 from 09:00 to 20:00.

Starting at 08:00 on Saturday, October 27 we will clean the Halls for the opening, so we will not authorise any preparatory work that may dirty the common areas. In order to ensure the Exhibition is clean and tidy, the stands must be finished before 20:00 on October 26.

• The exhibitors are asked to distribute their assembly credentials to the people who are working on site, as people without credentials or identification will not be allowed in the fair on the days before the exhibition. • We remind Exhibitors, production companies, contractors and assemblers, to comply with safety regulations: the use of personal protection equipment such as hard hats, safety shoes, equipment for working at heights is mandatory. Only authorised and qualified technicians may conduct electrical work.

The organisation is authorised to prevent the entry of all those who do not comply with the aforementioned security regulations. Each company must remove leftover materials, debris and rubbish generated by the building and assembling of the stand, and the work area must always remain clean and tidy.

2.1. Control Guide - Goods Registration

All equipment, electronic items, furniture, and the like entering Salon Look Santiago 2018 must be identified as property of the company and entered on the waybill, which will be inspected when entering and leaving the Hall. The opening and closing times and stipulated terms and conditions must be respected at all times.

2.2. Entry of laden vehicles

The entry of laden vehicles for assembly work, equipment and merchandise entry, is only permitted at via the Santa Clara Access, Av. El Salto. All vehicles will be inspected and the driver must present a waybill detailing all the items carried. All passengers will be controlled and they must provide identification or assembly credentials.

2.3. Exhibitors Store – Replacement of Products and Merchandise:

The entry of vehicles with replacement products and merchandise for stands may only enter on fair days at: • 08:00 to 10:00.

Each Exhibitor may have a stock storage area on their stand. The fair has storage areas for promotional material or minor items; these shall be available during fair opening hours (see location on attached map, No. 17).

2.4. Security

There will be day and night surveillance during the Fair. Fairs held in this room can be monitored by the organisation inside the Halls. However, the organisation would appreciate it if Exhibitors designated a person responsible for this matter during the period of assembly and disassembly. Each exhibitor is liable for the security inside its stand during public opening hours.

2.5. Assembly Power

Exhibitors with special projects will have their electric panel connected on Thursday, October 25 at 13:00. THE ORGANISATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR POSSIBLE LOSSES OCCURRING DURING THE ABOVE PERIODS. 3.- EXHIBITORS DISASSEMBLY

The disassembly times and dates are: • Monday, October 29 from 21:00 to 24:00 for removal of stock, graphic materials and furniture. • Building materials for special projects only, from Tuesday October 30 from 09:00 to 16:00. Personnel who remove materials must carry their credentials or identification (they may required to display the waybill and identification). The organization and venue (Espacio Riesco) is NOT liable for theft or damage to the stands during assembly, the exhibition or dismantling. We ask the exhibitors to take all the necessary measures to comply with the regulations imposed by the organisation; therefore, it is essential that the exhibitor designate personnel responsible for compliance during this period. We therefore request that Exhibitors make the greatest efforts to coordinate their company to meet the deadlines indicated. The commitments adopted by the organization force us to insist on this point, assuming that Exhibitors who have not removed their installations after the indicated deadlines and times, have abandoned them. The organisers will remove them, using them as it sees fit and billing the exhibitors for the cost involved. To remove merchandise, equipment, products on display and materials, Exhibitors must have the waybill used to enter the goods.

4.- GENERAL RULES FOR EXHIBITORS

All modifications to stands must be sent before September 28, otherwise the space will be delivered with all the usual basic items. If, during assembly, Exhibitors have additional requirements, such as a printed panel, removal or replacement of panels, lights, etc., the organisers will meet them, where possible, and charge the cost of material and labour to the Exhibitor. For security reasons, exhibitors must bring the implements and components of their prefabricated stand. Only minor assembly, retouching, layout and furniture and other similar work is permitted. It is strictly forbidden to carry out welding, painting and carpentry in the Hall. For the latter, a work area will be prepared on the western area for this purpose. In accordance with the security and control regulations of the authority, all personnel involved in the construction and preparation of the stands must have the appropriate safety equipment, such as a hardhat, safety shoes, protective eyewear, gloves and safety harness for working at heights. Electrical installers must have the corresponding authorizations.

In order to ensure conditions of production, hygiene, safety and opportunity to ensure the success of the event, exhibitors must comply with Instruction No. 001 (attached), which details Espacio Riesco’s Safety Recommendations. This is to inform our clients in relation to legal obligations and liabilities in Occupational Health and Safety, established by the SEREMI of Health and the Work Department, with which Exhibitors must comply to take part in the events held at the Santiago Convention Centre SA, Espacio Riesco.

4.1. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE STAND LOOK SANTIAGO 2018 Technical Characteristics of Module Stand:

• Side and perimeter panels, white panel • Modular Structure System • Identification panel • Floor covering in the stand area • 1 Light fitting per linear metre and a 630-watt socket • Basic energy corresponding to 70 watts x m2 • Furniture: 1 round table (0.75 high) - 3 chairs - 1 waste-paper bin

The module consists of an 2.50-m aluminium structure. The vertical structure serves to support the dividing and lateral panels. To the front longitudinally, a valance is installed on which (if the exhibitor requests it), the name of the exhibiting company can be printed in standard typography. Corporate symbols or logos are not allowed. The panels cannot be painted or perforated. Graphic material must not be adhered directly to the Stand's panels. All graphic material may only be attached to the panels using masking tape on the panel and double-sided tape as shown in the illustration below: If this is not possible, because of the weight, volume or material of the graphic material, the Exhibitor must install a self-supporting solution independent of the Stand structure. Exhibitors are not authorised to hang graphic elements of any kind from the Stand structure. “If the stand panels are damaged by hanging graphic material or other items, the Exhibitor will be charged UF 0.6 + VAT, USD 28 + 19% VAT; € 22 + 19% VAT, for each damaged panel "

4.2. 2- NON-MODULAR FREE AREA- SPECIAL PROJECTS

The constructions and decorations must be previously approved by the Espacio Riesco technical department before starting work. Those stands that adjoin another at the back may not install items that exceed 2.50 metres in height, unless such elements are separated from the module’s rear panel by at least 0.50 metres. The height allowed in the design plans is governed by the following: FRONT ELEVATION

• The maximum permitted height of central third of the stand is 7.50 metres, leaving a free area from this point to the ceiling of the hall. The maximum height of the thirds on either side may be equal to or less than the diagonal line generated by the highest point (7.50 metres) of the design plan and the (2.50 metres) of the Standard height. In front of the stands is the longest area and the aforementioned 3 thirds are on it.

• These heights apply to all types of component, whether constructions, signs, boards, lights, mobile elements, etc. The products on display, which for reasons of size cannot comply with the standard, are excluded from this rule.

• The maximum height for non-modular stands is 7.5 metres. • Please note: Remember that non-modular stands are delivered without any structure. The stand limits are marked on the floor (marking out of the of the acquired footage). Floor covering is not included. A power socket (70 watts x M2) is included.

AUTHORIZATION - APPROVAL OF SPECIAL DESIGN PLANS

In order to ensure that exhibitors comply with the regulations governing temporary buildings, the exhibitor must submit the stand design plan to Espacio Riesco. E-mail: [email protected] before September 28, 2018 in PDF and AUTOCAD format. Including the following mandatory information:

4.3. Exhibitors’ Credentials:

Each exhibitor is entitled to receive 5 exhibitor credentials and 5 assembly and disassembly IDs. These must be requested through the online platform. Exhibitor Service

Each exhibitor will receive invitations printed according to the surface area of his stand: • Stand 6 m2 : 50 invitations • Stand 9 m2 : 50 invitations • Stands over 18 m2: 100 invitations • Stands over 36 m2: 150 invitations • Stands over 54 m2: 200 invitations

4.5. Car Parking for Exhibitors The fair will have a parking area reserved for exhibitors located in the eastern area and the western area. Exhibitors receive one parking card each.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS OF PROVISIONAL ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

The Exhibitors or their production companies must register their temporary electrical installations (registered in the SEC), through the TE-1 (electronic procedure 1) as indicated in DFL 4/20018, art. 223 Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism. The Metropolitan Region Health SEREMI requires the following accreditations for the provisional structures: • Contracts with any companies for the assembly of temporary structures, which will be built and used in the event. • Accredit the total of the structures, such as: stages, tents, lighting and / or sound towers, stands or awnings for the sale of food, exhibitors’ stands, walkways, platforms, halls, etc.

• Before assembly, accredit compliance with the technical specifications for the assembly of the structures, according to the indications of the manufacturer of the plans and the calculations of each modular structure for the event. An original commitment letter issued and signed by a professional specialist.

• In addition, the recommendations and conclusions of the calculations must be accredited and record issues and aspects of importance such as: installation of wooden structures to support the bases, installation of moorings and / or weights, use of additional loads, verification of safety equipment (such as keys), capacity and conditions of use.

• Before the event or during the visit of the SEREMI Health inspector, accredit an original certificate issued and signed by a specialist (Structural Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer in Construction, Civil Constructor, Architect specialised in structures), indicating that the assembly was carried out in accordance with the indications mentioned in the preceding point and that each of them is able to withstand the static, dynamic, vibration and wind loads to which they are subjected, considering the general conditions of the event and the venue.

• Attach to the preliminary document and the final document, a copy of the qualification and identification card (identity card) of the professional issuing the aforementioned document.

SAFETY AND RISK PREVENTION Risk Prevention

Companies must have the advice of an expert in risk prevention during the work. Electrical Installations

Any electrical installations independent of Espacio Riesco must have an independent circuit controlled by its own panel. Electrical installations must be made by professional installers, with a license granted by the Department Electricity and Fuels (SEC), in accordance with the regulations in force or established by the Department. Connections or manipulation of any existing line in the venue is prohibited. The operator must execute temporary channels different from those existing on site, and they must comply with the provisions of the SEC, established in the Chilean Regulations NCh Elec. 4/2003 of Low-Voltage Consumption. These must be previously submitted to Espacio Riesco through TE1.

Hazardous Substances The use and storage of flammable items and articles, explosives or any product that may cause a chemical, radioactive, poisonous or combustible risk in the enclosure is prohibited.

Personal Protection Equipment and Workwear

Staff entering Espacio Riesco must comply with the regulation on personal protection equipment required by their specific work, including, but not limited to: • Safety footwear, • Hardhat with chinstrap, • Gloves, • Safety goggles with UV protection • For work at heights and on scaffolding: safety harness and 2 life lines.

Work at heights

All work carried out above 1.80 metres in height requires the use of a safety harness with 3 rings and 2 certified lifelines. Only scaffolds and ladders in good condition will be permitted, and they must comply with the quality standards or corresponding certification. Scaffolding must display its load capacity. When working at a height, staff must have lifelines or anchor points independent of the work surfaces (scaffolding, lifts, ladders, etc.), the lifelines must be of ½-"steel cable and be fitted with carabiners. All workers elevation machinery, such as: scissor lifts or similar, must have operational safety devices. All personnel that use these equipment must use a safety harness with two life lines.

Adviser Operations Manager General Manager In order to ensure conditions of production, hygiene, safety and opportunity to ensure the success of the event, exhibitors must comply with Instruction No. 001 (attached), which details Espacio Riesco’s Safety Recommendations. This is to inform our clients in relation to legal obligations and liabilities in Occupational Health and Safety, established by the SEREMI of Health and the Work Department with which Exhibitors must comply to take part in the events held at the Santiago Convention Centre SA, Espacio Riesco.

These agencies monitor compliance with these obligations. 1. LIABILITIES

The Clients and Producers and Contractors contracted to fulfil Heath and Industrial Safety issues are exclusively liable for fulfilling these obligations. Espacio Riesco will only be liable for the works carried out according to the Contract with the Client, and that are executed by its personnel or subcontracted personnel.

2. SEREMI HEALTH REGULATIONS

Production Companies must comply with the requirements of the SEREMI Health Regulations of the Metropolitan Region, which establish the mandatory compliance of the following provisions for the organisation of events, which may be verified during the event; therefore, compliance is mandatory.

3. PROVISIONAL INSTALLATIONS

3.1. Provisional Electrical Installations

The Clients or their Production Companies must register all their temporary installations, through the TE-1 (electronic procedure 1) as indicated in DFL 4/20018, art. 223 Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism.

3.2. Protection against dangerous voltages

Residual-Current Circuit Breakers or Earth Connection - earthing metallic structures NCH Elec. 4/2003 3.3. Protections

All circuits or equipment forming part of a temporary installation must be protected by residual-current circuit breakers. The absence of residual-current circuit breakers is only acceptable in circuits used exclusively for lighting and in which there are no sockets. These circuits must be protected by the earthing system. The protective earthing system may not be used in temporary installations. This declaration is made through the SEC (Superintendence of Electricity and Fuel) platform, after the which the competent body will make field visits to verify conditions, and a copy of said registration must be certified in the Health SEREMI.

3.4. Provisional Structures: The following accreditations must be fulfilled:

• Contracts with any companies for assembling temporary structures, which will be built and used in the event. • Accredit all the structures, such as: stages, tents, lighting and / or sound towers, stands or awnings for the sale of food, exhibitors’ stands, walkways, platforms, halls, etc.

• Before assembly, accredit compliance with a technical specifications Document signed by the specialist* in assembling the structures, according to the indications of the manufacturer of the plans and the calculations of each modular structure for the event. In addition, the recommendations and conclusions of the calculations must be accredited and record important issues such as: installation of wooden structures to support the bases, installation of anchorages and / or weights, use of additional loads, verification of safety elements (such as keys), capacity and conditions of use.

• Before the event or during the visit of the SEREMI Health inspector, accredit an original certificate issued and signed by a specialist (Structural Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer in Construction, Civil Constructor, Architect specialised in structures), indicating that the assembly was carried out in accordance with the indications mentioned in the preceding point and that each of them is able to withstand the static, dynamic, vibration and wind loads to which they are subjected, considering the general conditions of the event and the venue.

• Attach to the preliminary document and the final document, a copy of the qualification and identification card (identity card) of the professional issuing the aforementioned document.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LABOUR, OCCUPATIONAL HAZARD AND ACCIDENT LEGISLATION

The following documentation must be available to the Statutory Bodies: • Contracts for all workers. • Record of the submission of Internal Hygiene and Safety Regulations, • Record of the provision of personal protection equipment. • Information on Inherent Risks. • Procedures or Instructions of the works in progress. • Records of the Training Procedures or Instructions. • Safety Analysis of the Works executed / to be executed. • Certificate of adherence to a workers' benefit plan (Chilean Occupational Safety or Mutual Security Institute. Occupational Health Institute, Chilean Safety Association). • Staff attendance book. • Professional Certification or records of installers authorised by SEC; operator’s licenses; driver's licenses; other qualifications. • Technical specifications, scaffolding calculation reports and other structures to be used and facilities that require it.

5. GENERAL RULES 5.1. Entry of Persons.

Clients or their producers must submit to Espacio Riesco, a list of external companies or natural persons who come to work occasionally at the event, fair or exhibition, indicating: name, RUT, start date and length of permanence. And the contact information of the Supervisor or crew foreman. (ANNEX 1) Any external person who enters Espacio Riesco to work must provide identification at in the Espacio Riesco access point, providing their full name, identity card and company for which the person provides services. Espacio Riesco, reserves the right to authorise or refuse entry.

5.2. Entry of Vehicles. Loading and unloading may only be done at the duly indicated service areas authorised for this purpose.

5.3. Prohibitions

• It is forbidden to carry out construction work inside the halls (welding, carpentry, painting, etc.). Companies must bring the prefabricated components of the design plan, and only assembly, retouching and furnishing works will be authorised. • Drilling, painting or any damage to the walls, ceilings and floors of the enclosures is strictly prohibited. • The installation of floor coverings, (carpets or other similar materials) must be authorised by Espacio Riesco, and can only be installed using 3M transferable tape. • It is strictly forbidden to supply alcoholic beverages to personnel working inside the facilities of Espacio Riesco. • Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of Espacio Riesco. • The Security personnel in the premises may demand identification and request their withdrawal in case of non-compliance with these provisions.

6. SAFETY AND RISK PREVENTION REGULATIONS 6.1. Risk Prevention

Companies must have the advice of an expert in risk prevention during the work. 6.2. Electrical Installations

Any electrical installations independent of Espacio Riesco must have an independent circuit controlled by its own panel. Electrical installations must be made by professional installers, with a license granted by the Department Electricity and Fuels (SEC), in accordance with the regulations in force or established by the Department. Connections or manipulation of any existing line in the venue is prohibited. The operator must execute temporary channels different from those existing on site, and they must comply with the provisions of the SEC, established in the Chilean Regulations NCh Elec. 4/2003 Low Voltage Installations, and be previously presented to Espacio Riesco.

6.3. Hazardous Substances

The use and storage of flammable items and articles, explosives or any product that may cause a chemical, radioactive, poisonous or combustible risk in the enclosure is prohibited.

6.4. Personal Protection Equipment and Workwear

Staff entering Espacio Riesco must comply with the regulation on personal protection equipment required by their specific work, including, but not limited to: • Safety footwear, • Hardhat with chinstrap, • Gloves, • Safety goggles with UV protection • For work at heights and on scaffolding: safety harness and 2 life lines.

6.5. Work at heights All work carried out above 1.80 metres in height requires the use of a safety harness with 3 rings and 2 certified lifelines. Only scaffolds and ladders in good condition will be permitted, and they must comply with the quality standards or corresponding certification. Scaffolding must display its load capacity. When working at a height, staff must have lifelines or anchor points independent of the work surfaces (scaffolding, lifts, ladders, etc.), the lifelines must be of ½-"steel cable and be fitted with carabiners. All lifting machinery, such as: scissor lifts or similar, must have operational safety devices, all personnel that use these equipment must use a safety harness with two life lines.

6.6. Fire Prevention System

Espacio Riesco has fire extinguishers, wet network, dry network, which must only be operated by personnel authorised by Espacio Riesco. The dry network must only be operated by firemen.

7. WORK ACCIDENTS

All work accidents occurring to external personnel during the execution of tasks in Espacio Riesco must be informed immediately to the Espacio Riesco safety personnel and the injured worker must be examined by their Health Insurance Provider. If a work accident occurs –rated as serious by Circular 2345 of the SUSESO– the Client, the Production Company or Company responsible for the Event, must immediately inform the SEREMI Health Department and the Espacio Riesco Management.

8. SANCTIONS

If these provisions and those established in the legislation in force are not complied with, Espacio Riesco may order the work to be stopped until the risks are controlled or the legal provisions are complied with.
