TEXT TO TEXT TRANSLATION• We can translate your handwritten, faxed or PDF copies of

text material from English to Spanish or Spanish to English at an affordable rate.

• MS Word documents are easily editable, and text is easily inserted or edited in this format, which is why many clients prefer to have their handwritten, faxed or PDF copies transcribed into MS Word.

• If a page is NOT a full page, you will NOT pay for a full page, as with most companies. You are ONLY charged per ¼ page, ½ page, ¾ page or a full page of handwritten, faxed or PDF copy, so you will know upfront what your cost will be.

• We will determine what the length of each page is and let you know upfront. Use our Discount Rate in order to save money if you are not in any hurry!

HOW GMR TRANSCRIPTION & TRANSLATION WORKS

You will need to register as a client in order to upload files, and after registering you can start uploading files for transcription

• To upload voice files, simply click on ‘UPLOAD VOICE FILES” option.

The turnaround time begins once the media is received, converted and uploaded into your account

• The fee for the conversion will be determined, taking into account the type of media and the time it will take to complete the conversion.

Completed transcripts are uploaded into your folder and we will inform you of their completion via email
