    C Drill

    This is a post up drill.

    Defense tries to get around.

    Offense moves feet (same as box out). Offense keeps feet pointing to passer.

    1. Catch

    2. Chin (the Ball)

    Defense will meet and greet at

    the FT Line.

    Offense will swim or spin to the

    block.

    Always moving feet like C Drill.

    Defense is LOW SIDE.

    Defense is HIGH SIDE - Lob. Defense is FRONTING - Skip,

    Seal, and Score.

    Two people hold hands HIGH.

    Post must rip ball through and score.

    Power Mikan

    There is 1 ball on each block.

    1 shooter (O), 2 holders (C), 1 rebounder (R).

    Make them work to grab the ball.

    Go for 30 seconds.

    X-Out Drill

    The drill goes for 30 seconds.

    Goal is 8 baskets.

    Get a total of 3 dribble...1 to basket and 2 to elbow.

    Put person in middle of key for distraction.

    ALWAYS dribble with the outside hand.

    3 & 1 Drill

    Works on pressing 4 sprints the floor and shoots a layup.

    1, 2, 3 weave and pass to 4 when she is ready.

    Passer and 4 become trappers.

    Becomes 2 on 2 full court.

    Trap and Tip Drill

    1 and 2 are at the elbows.

    Defense is at 1/2 court.

    Coach shoots the ball.

    Whoever rebounds the ball is on offense 1 on 2 full court.

    If steal, score.

    If get beat, look to tip from behind.

    4 on 3 - 3 on 4 Trap Drill

    Coach shoots.

    Defense rebounds and attacks full court 4 on 3.

    On the change of possession, return 3 on 4.

    Must always TALK and always have a trap on ball - even in

    1/2 court.

    If steal, look to score.
