• It is a basic tool for:• technology planning,• budgeting for resources• and evaluation of progress in local technology projects.

What is the STaR chart

• Specifically, the STaR chart can be used to:– created or update the district’s technology plan,– to measure student and teacher proficiencies in

integrating technology and– to guide the campus or district’s vision of technology.

the technology readiness of all campuses across the state.
