JOB TITLE Manager, Corporate Partnerships REPORTS TO Vice President, Marketing & Communications JOB SUMMARY Works across the organization to conceptualize and develop partnership packages with a focus on member value and executing revenue generating opportunities for the association; manages partner relationships; serves as primary point of contact for partnership opportunities with the association; communicates value of partnerships to members and staff to promote usage DUTIES Research, prospect, cultivate, solicit and steward corporate partner relationships to provide member benefit and increased revenue Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing plans to promote preferred partner benefits to TRA members Work closely with TRA Marketplace trade show management staff to identify, solicit and steward event sponsorships In conjunction with appropriate TRA departments and staff, work to ensure appropriate benefit fulfillment for partners/sponsors, maintain up-to- date promotional materials, and plan and coordinate partnership activation at TRA events Provide timely responses to prospects and partner requests, work in a consultative manner with partners to deepen relationship and create renewal opportunities for TRA Interact with TRA board members and senior leadership in cultivation of corporate partnerships Develop and execute sponsorship opportunities for TRA’s preferred partners Lead internal Preferred Partner team; utilizing New Opportunity process, evaluate and respond to partnership requests; recommend new partnerships; research and solicit potential partner opportunities that offer significant member value either as preferred partners or business solutions Provide senior leadership with corporate partnership development updates on a regular basis

REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in partnership/sponsorship development, management and sales Bachelor’s degree, preferably with major study in communications, marketing or business Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinker. Ability to work as part of a diverse team. Self-starter; shows initiative. Strong work

ethic. Hyper-organized and attentive to details. Excellent problem solving and time management skills
