Case Highlights • On July 26, 2017, a default order was entered against Layne Industries, LLC, assessing an
administrative penalty of $3,000 for entering into a contract to sell an industrialized house without first being licensed by the Department. No payments have been made on this order.
• On November 28, 2017, a default order was entered against Calvary Homes, LLC, assessing an
administrative penalty of $1,000 for failing to provide documents to the Department that had been requested in order to complete an audit. No payments have been made on this order.
• On November 28, 2107, an agreed order was entered against Evergreen Manufactured Housing, Inc., assessing an administrative penalty of $3,000 for two violations of the 2009 Industrial Residential Code and failing to properly secure industrialized housing to a permanent foundation system. This order has been paid in full.
