Below is a list of major outages known to date that will affect capacity or that impact major receipt/delivery areas on the Texas Eastern Transmission (TE) system for 2019. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates below are subject to change. Any changes to the list below will be posted at the earliest known date.

Access Area - Longview to Kosciusko:

Depending on the results of the ILI tool runs and if further detailed investigations are required, the following meters may experience lower than normal pressures or be unavailable for flow:

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Program, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on its 24" Line 11 (a single line system) between Provident City to Hempstead stations.

During the ILI runs, south capacity through the Huntsville compressor station will be reduced to of 45

approximately 67,000 Dth/d.

Based on historical nominations, TE anticipates restrictions for interruptible and secondary services for nominations sourced in ETX for delivery in STX, WLA, or ELA.

Additionally, 73417 - COPANO PROCESSING - HOUSTON CENTRAL / COLORADO CO., TX (REC) will be unavailable during the tool runs.

TE will be adjusting its operating pressure on 16" Line 21, 6" Line 22-C, 6" Line 22-C-1 and 6" Line 22-H to accommodate these investigations.

Additionally, during these investigations, capacity through Charco will be 76,000 Dth/d and Thomaston will be 125,000 Dth /d until detailed investigations are fully analyzed and any anomalies are remediated.

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Program, TE will be conducting further investigations on 20" Line 2 between Castor to EOL station. TE will be adjusting its operating pressure on its 20" Line 2 to accommodate these investigations.

During this outage, 75688 - REGENCY GAS - BIENVILLE PA. LA-(D72688/R76688) will be unavailable for receipts into the TE system; however deliveries to 75688 will not be impacted.

Huntsville to Lufkin 24" Line 11Cleaner Tool Runs: CompleteILI Tool Runs: CompletePotential Repairs Beginning On: January 17, 2020

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on its Huntsville to Lufkin 24" Line 11.

As previously posted, a temporary pressure reduction will be in place for the portion of the TE system between the Huntsville to Lufkin compressor stations. As a result, the capacity through the Huntsville compressor station will be approximately 170,000 Dth/d north to south until complete ILI results are received, fully analyzed and any anomalies are remediated.

Additionally, any gas sourced between in ETX, M1 -24" and M2-24" for delivery in STX, WLA or ELA may be restricted for interruptible, secondary firm services and potentially primary firm services.

Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known.

Blessing Station to Mt. Belvieu Station 30" Line 16: August 29 - TBDCleaner Tool Runs: CompleteILI Tool Runs: CompletePotential Repairs Beginning On: January 26, 2020

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Program, TE will be conducting further investigations on 30" Line 16 between Blessing and Mt. Belvieu stations. TE will be adjusting its operating pressure on 30" Line 16 to accommodate these investigations.

Additionally, during these investigations, capacity north to south through Angleton will be approximately 433,000 Dth/d and Mt. Belvieu will be approximately 534,000 Dth /d until detailed investigations are fully analyzed and any anomalies are remediated. These capacities are subject to change based on TE operating conditions and/or remediation progress.

During the ILI Tool Runs, capacity through Blessing will be reduced to approximately 250,000 Dth/d. Depending on the level of nominated quantities, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary services and potentially primary firm services for gas sourced in ETX or STX north of Blessing Compressor Station (including the Wilcox system) for delivery to ELA, WLA, and to STX east of Blessing and STX south of Blessings (McAllen line).

Furthermore, during the ILI Tool Runs, TE requests that customers/point operators in Access Area Zones STX, ETX, WLA and ELA be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels.

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Program, TE will be conducting further investigations on 30" Line 16 between Blessing and Mt. Belvieu stations. TE will be adjusting its operating pressure on 30" Line 16 to accommodate these investigations.

Additionally, during these investigations, capacity north to south through Angleton will be approximately 433,000 Dth/d and Mt. Belvieu will be approximately 534,000 Dth /d until detailed investigations are fully analyzed and any anomalies are remediated. These capacities are subject to change based on TE operating conditions and/or remediation progress.

During the ILI Tool Runs, capacity through Blessing will be reduced to approximately 250,000 Dth/d. Depending on the level of nominated quantities, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary services and potentially primary firm services for gas sourced in ETX or STX north of Blessing Compressor Station (including the Wilcox system) for delivery to ELA, WLA, and to STX east of Blessing and STX south of Blessings (McAllen line).

Furthermore, during the ILI Tool Runs, TE requests that customers/point operators in Access Area Zones STX, ETX, WLA and ELA be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels.

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Program, TE will be conducting pipeline isolation on 14"/16" Line 1A between Chester Junction to EOL.

During this isolation, the following meters will be unavailable for flow:

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Program, TE will be conducting further investigations on 20" Line 1 between Eagle to Linden stations. TE will be adjusting its operating pressure on 20" Line 1 to accommodate these investigations.

Additionally, until these detailed investigations are fully analyzed and any anomalies are remediated, capacity through Marietta to Linden stations will be as follows:
