Lifting Gear Inspection is a systematic and detailed examination of the equipment and safety-critical

parts conducted by our competent Inspectors at regular intervals. As a full audited member of Lifting

Equipment Engineers Association and in accordance with LEEA best practice & LOLER requirement,

TEST COMPANY can inspect and certify various lifting appliances such as pad eyes, runway beams,

etc & and various lifting accessories such as wire rope slings and shackles, etc. After the inspection,

our clients are able to access the full written reports using our online tracking system after the

completion of the inspection.

TEST provides comprehensive inspection of all hoisting and lifting gear on land rigs, FPSOs and

drilling units. Equipment is inspected to the latest vendor, API, BS and European guidelines, as well

as LOLER 98 (UK Statutory Instrument No. 2307) and LEEA.

All equipment, from the largest cranes to the smallest shackles and slings, is registered in our

portable database reporting system to ensure a systematic and thorough traceability process.

Load Testing Services

Load testing helps to identify the maximum operating capacity of an application/device/equipment.

TEST COMPANY is capable to conduct load test on Lifting Equipment & Appliance, BOP Hoist,

Offshore/ Onshore Crane and BOP Lifting Frame, etc, in compliance with API , ASME ,ARAMCO

G.I.7.030 , Saudi Aramco DWO-DOE&CD-SWIM-001 specifications, LEEA requirements and relative

international standards.

DROPS Survey

Dropped Objects Prevention Scheme or DROPS is the industry-

wide initiative focused on preventing dropped objects, with the

ultimate goal of delivering a second nature dropped objects

prevention strategy across the industry. As member of this

global work group, TEST Company is able to prevent potential

dropped object by conducting regular surveys and rectification

works in accordance with the DROPS best practices. This in turn

reduces costs for our clients in comparison to the implications

when someone is injured or when properties are damaged by

falling objects.

Surveys can range in scale from simple removal of loose items to

a complete inventory of equipment within the structure. It covers

but not limited to:

- DROPS surveys on derricks, cranes and other dangerous

areas

- Written and photographic evaluation reports

- Securing suspended loads, lighting, wiring, etc.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Non-destructive testing or NDT is the process of

evaluating materials, components or assemblies for

any discontinuities, or defects without destroying

the serviceability of the part or system. TEST

COMPANY is able to provide different methods of

testing to determine the integrity of the structures

and other equipment including,

- Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement of Marine and Offshore Structures (Ships & Rigs) which

includes,

- Hull UTM Survey for All Types of Ships & Rigs

API RP 4G Derrick, Mast & Substructure Inspections

Masts and derricks support enormous loads when drilling

and running casing. API-recommended practice for mast

and derrick inspections is a critical element to avoiding

potentially non-productive time or even serious incidents

and catastrophic events during drilling operations or

following rig reactivation.

TEST COMPANY offers full API 4g derrick inspections in line

with API-recommended practice. API-recommended practice 4g has established four categories for

drilling and well servicing structure inspections and sets forth personnel qualifications for these

inspections.

CATEGORY I

Category I inspections are carried out by general rig personnel conducting daily observation of the

mast/derrick and substructure during operation to determine indications of inadequate performance.

CATEGORY II

Category II inspections are performed by personnel having adequate experience and knowledge in

masts/derricks.

CATEGORY III

Our Category III inspectors are in possession of a recognized degree, certificate, or professional

standing, or who by knowledge, training, or experience have successfully demonstrated the ability to

resolve problems related to the subject matter or work in question.

CATEGORY IV

Category IV inspections are closely supervised by a professional engineer, original equipment

manufacturer representative or other manufacturer of drilling structures' authorized representative.

TEST COMPANY Category IV inspectors satisfy the requirements of Category III inspectors and are

also qualified to perform weld inspections.

Scaffolding Inspection

TEST COMPANY offers an independent scaffold inspection service that meets requirements and

international standards. Our experienced and well trained scaffolding inspectors will carry out a

thorough scaffolding inspection providing full report and tagging system (if requested).

Although scaffolding inspection must be carried out by law, site owners can run their operations with

confidence and peace of mind that on-site workers can work properly in a safe environment following

an inspection by our qualified scaffolding inspectors.
