The Position

Key Responsibilities Supervision and support of the training coordinator(s) in the training section; Compilation of the training report(s) and recommend improvements to the

The Position

The Position

Ensure that proper verifications are carried out before paying out of unestablished wages, that is to check the payroll against the data entry done;

Prepare FNPF contribution (employee/employer share) which is paid out before or on the last day of the month;

Ensure timely submission of salary input forms to Ministry of Finance in respect of changes which affect the established employee’s salary;

Ensure recoveries are made in case of overpayment of salaries/ wages or reversal of salary if the need arise;

Ensure that all salaries correspondence are filed in the respective EDP files and also maintain the confidential information regarding salaries of each employee from unauthorized personnel.
