Why did you come today? I’m here to honour all the mums and to present an award. As soon as I heard about this event, I was like ‘I have to be there’.How important is it to honour mums like this? Very! All mums deserve a treat. When I want to spoil my own mum, I take her to a hotel for spa treatments. She usually works with my dad at the weekend, so I say, ‘Mum, chill out, have a massage, and get your nails done.’ Would you make a good mum? I’d love to be a mum – in about six years time. I love babies and I’d be good with older kids, too. I had to deal with my cousin Harry when he was 13 and a typical teenager. I can’t wait.

Supporting RolesWhile our amazing mums took centre stage, we gave out a few unofficial awards for the best celeb momentsMost envied outfit Gabby Logan looked gorgeous in her cream and black Prada dress. ‘Kenny bought it for me for Christmas,’ she told us. ‘He’s good with things like that.’Most dynamic speech After presenting Julie Jones with her award, a tearful Sinitta told her, ‘You should be named friend of the year, too.’Cutest couple Singer Pixie Lott arrived with her model boyfriend Oliver Cheshire – and their mums, who enjoyed a good old natter. ‘Our mums are great friends,’ said Pixie. Most thoughtful son Lee Ryan was spotted giving his mum an early birthday present. ‘I’ve bought her favourite things,’ he said ‘I love treating her.’

Overheard ‘Mum was on buttie-

making duty for my son’s birthday yesterday, so

it’s nice to take her to something a bit different today.’
