To whom it may concern:

This is a letter of recommendation written for Arjun Verma. Arjun and I were co-managers of a new restaurant, "Food District" in downtown St. Joseph, Michigan. 

Arjun's work ethic is highly commendable. But that only tells a portion of the story. He is creative, humorous, well-respected by staff, and can analyze and problem solve on the fly. He was entrusted with the entire running of the restaurant, down to the smallest details. He handled the banks, interacted extremely well with the kitchen assuring that the flow and communication between the front and the back of the house were seamless. His communication tactics are irreplaceable. The success strategies he implemented, are truly in a class of its own. Arjun understands human behavior and trends unlike anyone I have ever seen. He oozes intelligence, yet does not intimidate people with it. He is articulate, hardworking and a true boon to morale and job satisfaction for all who were fortunate enough to work for him.
