1 Hydrocarbon processingarea

Maximum of two heavy industrial areas of up to 500hectares (ha) each (in total up to 1,000 ha) to be locatedwithin Area B identified in Figure 1 Precinct Layout.

Permitted Use and Development:

Facilities for the conversion of natural gas to produceup to 50 Mtpa of LNG (plus associated LPG,condensate, other hydrocarbon products (excluding

petrochemicals)), storage and export at variable rates,flare structures, other ancillary facilities and facilities forcarbon dioxide export offsite.

Any relevant supporting infrastructure includingwastewater treatment facilities, water supplies,desalination water production facility (if required),electricity generation plants, concrete batching plants,rock screening and crushing facilities, relevantadministration buildings and offices, internal accessand haul roads.

Clearing of terrestrial native vegetation directly related

to permitted uses and developments but not exceedingthe areas listed in item 11.
