Online Enrollment (Registration for Machine Scoring)
Test Coordinators should have received an email containing a link to access the DRC Portal for Online Enrollment, which is registration for machine scoring. The email address that the DRC email was sent to is the Username to log in. If you have forgotten your password, please click on Forgot your password?, enter your email address, select Send Instructions, and an email will be sent to you to create a new password.
If you have not received this email, please check to see if the email may be in your spam mail. It will come from [email protected].
If you have not received the email, please contact the ACSI Care Team by email at [email protected], or call 1-800-367-0798.
Step 1: Log in to the DRC INSIGHT Portal with the email address (username) associated with the account.
Step 2: Once inside the portal you will come to the following landing page.

Step 3: Select “My Applications” on the menu bar.
Step 4: Select “Report Delivery.” Report Delivery is where you will provide your school’s information for machine scoring.
Step 5: Select “View Reports.”

Step 6: Once on the “View Reports” page, select "TerraNova Spring 2020" from the Administration drop down menu and select “Show Reports” and the “CSP (Christian School Program) Order Entry Report” for Spring 2020 will show. (Example shows Fall 2019 and in January 2020 the system will default to Spring 2020.)

Step 8: Confirm that the Contact and Shipping Information is correct. If not, please notify the ACSI Care Team, by phone or by email at [email protected]. Then select the CSP Order Entry Form link. This is where you will input student counts by grade level and opt in to purchase any of the Optional Reports.
Please have all of your student counts on hand before you begin, and titles of any Optional Reports you may want to purchase, as you cannot save and access the form again another time.
NOTE: All schools receive two copies of the TerraNova Individual Profile Report. Click here to see the CSP Reporting Package.

Step 9: Please see below for a sample of what the form will look like once it is opened. Verify and update all Customer/Billing Information, then scroll down to enter the approximate number of students testing at each grade level.

Step 10: After the form is completed, please verify the information. Once the form is submitted, it cannot be accessed again. The check box for “Send me a copy of my responses” has been selected for you. Be sure to enter the email address you would like a copy of your responses sent to. Then select “Submit.” Once submitted, if any corrections are necessary, please email them to [email protected]. Be sure to include your school’s account number.
