The Business Marketing Model

FutureNet 2 .0 of fers an amazing opportunity, providing the tools and a system to assist every individual that desires to build and develop a successful online business of their own by becoming an Independent Marketing Associate.

An Independent Marketing Associate (referred to as an “IMA”) acts as an intermediary between the Company and the potential new Users, Customers, and other Independent Marketing Associates. An IMA can market the Company’s Goods/Services, invite Users to the social media platform for FREE, and create sales organizations of Customers as well as sponsor and enroll individuals as IMAs who would also be interested in developing their own business with FutureNet 2.0.

An IMA is deemed an Independent Contractor and this status does not constitute the purchase of a franchise or distributorship. Every individual that agrees to enter into this Agreement shall not create, nor may the IMA claim that they are, in any way, shape or form an employer/employee, agency, partnership, franchise, or have a joint venture relationship between the Company and the IMA. All IMAs must abide by and follow all laws, terms and conditions pertaining to the acquisition, receipt, holding, selling, marketing, and advertising of the Company’s products and business opportunity.

An IMA is an individual of at least eighteen (18) years of age that has agreed to be

identifi ed as such, with the understanding of the qualifi cation requirements and has completed the registration portal accessed through the Refl ink.

FutureNet 2.0 has six (6) FN Products Packages available for purchase. Within each of these FN Product Packages, the IMA will have the opportunity to build a sales organization which may consist of Customers and/or other IMAs. Each FN Product Package has a different price point and value and includes a specifi c amount of Media Points. For each Package, the Company will allocate the corresponding position within the sales organization.

IMAs may be eligible to earn commissions, bonuses and prizes based on the volume generated from their sales organizations through the FN Product Packages, FN Business Application Packs and FN Monthly Subscriptions. Commissions are available only to those who have accepted and agreed to become IMAs and they are subject to complying with the qualifi cation requirements within the Marketing Plan. Customers are not eligible to earn commissions.

FutureNet 2.0 does not guarantee any type of income. The success of the IMA shall vary and depends solely on their individual efforts, including, but not limited to, skills and time invested in developing their business, and most important, the sales volume produced within their sales organizations.

Become an Independent Marketing Associate

FutureNet 2.0 is constantly developing new and innovative digital products and services to add to the platform. All Users, Customers and IMAs have the opportunity to purchase any and/or all the FN Goods/Services available on the Platform.

There are currently six (6) different FN Product Packages available for purchase, the FN10, FN25, FN50, FN100, FN500, and FN1000. Users may select the Product Package of their choice, which will also automatically qualify their status as a Customer. The Packages may be purchased individually or consecutively in the corresponding sequence (lowest to

highest) without any time frame restriction. Each FN Product Package may only be purchased once.

Each of the FN Product Package includes FN Media Points. FN Media Points may be exchanged and used toward payment of FN Goods/Services including exchange for FN Travel Vouchers which may be used inside the FN Travel Portal. When FN Media Points are exchanged for FN Travel Vouchers, the exchange ratio of the point value doubles. Travel Vouchers may be exchanged for further discounts on the hotels and car rentals.

FN Power App

Is one of the most powerful learning tools available in the marketplace today. Along with the FN Academy, the FN Power App offers access to an exclusive educational media library which includes videos, written articles, e–books and knowledge from the best professionals and top leaders in the industry of Network Marketing and traditional business.

The FN Power App will also allow a series of high-quality videos to be easily sent via smartphone to introduce the FutureNet 2.0 products and business opportunities to prospects. In FutureNet 2.0 it is called SmartPhone Marketing.

FN Academy

Is an E–Learning platform inside the FN Power App that provides a variety of content, regarding the Network Marketing Business Model, as well as the practical operation of applications or tools available within FutureNet 2.0.

The FN Academy materials are separated into two sections.

Section #1 included in this package can be used and enjoyed by all Users.

Section #2 contains more advanced learning materials and will be available only to those that are part of the FN Monthly Subscription Program.

Thirty (30) days from the initial date of purchase of the FN Business Applications Package, the FN Monthly Subscription Program will become available for purchase. The Monthly Subscription will allow customers and IMAs continued access to all the content and functionalities of FutureNet 2.0 included the FN Power App and FN Academy for an additional thirty (30) days period from the

date of purchase. FN Monthly Subscription renewal fees may be paid directly from your individual Back Offi ce. If the Monthly Subscription fee has not been processed prior to its payment period, all access and functionalities of FutureNet 2.0 will become unavailable until such time the subscription is renewed. A reminder email will be forwarded prior to the expiry date.

The new FutureNet 2 .0 Business Applications Pack includes access to two powerful applications. The FN Power App and the FN Academy.

These applications have been created to provide high–value educational content to help individuals improve their quality of life and grow their businesses more effi ciently.

*Users, Customers and IMAs are granted FREE access to the FN Travel Portal, which they can use for travel bookings. FN Travel Vouchers are applied towards obtaining hotel and car rentals discounts. FN Media Points maybe also be exchanged for FN Travel Vouchers.

A User can either purchase any of the FN Product Packages available to receive Travel Vouchers or can obtain them from any other Customer or IMA that has Travel Vouchers available. Users and Customers are not entitled to receive any commission (except the mentioned above).

User

User is an individual who creates a FREE account with FutureNet 2.0 with the intent to enjoy the benefits and rewards of the FN Social Media Platform, to generate content and engage in peer–to–peer conversations and obtains FREE access to the FN Travel Portal.*

A USER does not have any purchasing requirements or other obligations.

Customer

A Customer is an individual who purchases a FN Product Package(s) and/or FN Goods/Services directly from the Company for their own personal use and benefit. The Customer has also the same benefi ts as the User.

A CUSTOMER does not have any purchasing requirements or other obligations.

Independent Marketing Associate (IMA)

An IMA acts as an intermediary between the Company and the potential new Users, Customers, and other Independent Marketing Associates. An IMA is able to market the FN Goods/Services, invite Users to the FN Social Media Platform for FREE, and create sales organizations of Customers, as well as sponsor and enroll individuals, and has access to the FN Travel Portal.*

An IMA is an individual of at least eighteen (18) years of age that has agreed to be identified as such, with the understanding of the qualifi cation requirements and hascompleted the registration portal accessed through the Refl ink.

IMAs are required to qualify their status in order to receive their corresponding commissions and bonuses.

Defi nitions of Qualifi ed Status within the FutureNet 2.0 Platform

An IMA may start developing a sales organization once proper qualification status has been attained within the FutureNet 2.0 Business Platform.

In order to be eligible to receive all commissions and bonuses available from

their entire sales organization, including the sales of the FN Monthly Subscription Program, the IMA must maintain an Active and Qualifi ed status each month. The IMA is required to comply with the following requirements:

Qualifying using accumulated Activity Points

Qualifying by purchasing Product Pack

The purchase of any of the FutureNet 2.0 Product Packages; and

personal purchase of the monthly subscription of $99.00; or

personal enrollment of at least TWO (2) new Customers or personally sponsored IMAs who produce a minimum monthly sales volume of $200 from the combination of any FN Product Packages; and

Activity Points accumulated on the FutureNet 2.0 Social Media Platform (see below Activity Points awarded)

FutureNet 2.0 has six (6) different sales structures (one for each FN Product Package), which are available only to the IMAs to help in building their sales organizations. The sales organizational structure has been created with the intention to assist every IMA to develop a network of Customers and other IMAs as well as to provide better teamwork philosophy, improved training, recognition, service and increased sales volume.

Once an IMA is registered and activated, the system automatically will indicate the first three positions in the Power of Three structure to start developing a sales organization. Under each of these three positions, the system will then create an additional three new positions. Therefore, on the second level in the IMAs sales organization, there will be a total of nine positions. This fully automated pattern, will continue generating new positions

up to ten levels deep. In the IMAs sales organization, there are 88,572 total positions available. Positions may be fi lled by Customers and/or by other IMAs.

The system will automatically place/ position each new Customers and/or IMAsusing the pattern of LEFT, CENTER, RIGHT. After the system has completed the placement of all the positions on the initial fi rst level, the system will continue to repeat the pattern of placement until all positions are filled in the IMAs sales organization, up to ten levels deep.

IMAs shall sponsor new Users, Customers and IMAs directly by using the “Refl ink”.

These individuals will be called “Frontliners” to the sponsoring IMA. An IMAs personally sponsored Frontliners will be identifi ed in the IMAs Back Offi ce with a green colored circle.

Applicable Rules to Develop a Sales Organization

Social Media Bonus

Every User, Customer and IMA may be eligible to receive a Social Media Bonus of One FNDollar (“FND”) for each personally invited individual that they introduce to the FutureNet 2.0 Social Media Platform. This bonus is subject to the following KYC verifi cation requirements:

Provide a scanned copy of registered individuals official identif ication documentation (Passport or ID Card)

Maintain minimum activity of at least 10 minutes/week on the FutureNet 2.0 Social Media Platform during the fi rst month.*

* Active means: posting photos, sending text messages, sharing information with others.

KYC verification is required to secure the personal identity of the registered individual. All personal data will neither be shared nor sold to third parties.

Friends Bonus 5%

a) Personal Sales Organization

This commission is generated from the purchase of any of the six (6) different FN Product Packages available in the Platform, made by any Customer and/or IMA, within the personal sales organization of the IMA, up to ten levels deep. This commission is only available for the IMAs. In order to qualify and receive this bonus, the IMA must have purchased an equal

or higher FN Product Package prior to the purchase of the FN Product Package(s) of the new Customer and/or IMA. For this part of the Friends Bonus no qualifi cation is required.

All IMAs can also receive Friends Bonus from the FN Monthly Subscription Program, once they are ACTIVE IMAs and meet the qualifi cation requirement status.

a) Spill-Over Sales Organization

IMAs can also receive Friends Bonus from all other Customers and IMAs that are placed within the sales organization (spillover) by other IMAs, including sales from the FN Monthly Subscription Program, once they are ACTIVE IMAs and meet the qualifi cation requirement status.

Friends Bonus Spillover

In the event that an IMA has a commissionable Spillover Friends Bonus in any of the sales organization structures, but is not qualified as an ACTIVE IMA, the commissions will remain in the IMA’s payment system until the IMA meets the qualifi cation requirement status in order to redeem it. The commissions will be available for withdrawal for up to six (6) months.

As long as the IMA becomes active all commissions are available for redemption for the time period of 3 years in the form of FND vouchers.

Defi nition – Explanation and Qualifi cation of Each Bonus

Recurring Monthly Bonus – FN Monthly Subscription Program of $99.00

This bonus is payable monthly on each Customer or IMA within the sales organization up to ten levels deep that has purchased the FN Monthly Subscription Program.

One Dollar Extra Bonus from the FN Monthly Subscription Program of $99.00

This bonus is payable monthly on each Customer or IMA within the sales organization up to ten levels deep that has purchased the FN Monthly Subscription Program.

Matching Bonus – Up to 50%

This commission is calculated and based on the total commissions received by the personally sponsored (Frontline) from his/her entire sales organization, (including the spill-over sales volume). Regardless of which level the IMA is positioned, once they are ACTIVE IMAs and meet the qualifi cation requirement status.

The following two bonuses are available only to those individuals that have purchased the FN50 Product Package or a higher Product Package and have purchased the FN Monthly Subscription Program.

Fast Start Bonus on FutureNet 2.0 Business Applications Pack

This bonus is based exclusively on the sales of the FutureNet 2.0 Business Applications Pack ($110.00) and is payable up to five (5) levels of the IMAs personal sales organization only. This bonus includes the feature of dynamic compression.

Example: The Sponsor of the new Customer or IMA, will receive FND 55.00 (50%).

1st Level will receive: FND 55 (50%)

2nd Level will receive: FND 11 (10%)

3rd Level will receive: FND 11 (10%)

4th Level will receive: FND 5.5 (5%)

5th Level will receive: FND 5.5 (5%)

Example:

IMAs viewed as orange and blue in the Back Office are the personally sponsored IMAs (Frontliners) of the green IMA. The IMA labelled as green invited the IMA is labelled as blue and his/her IMA labelled as orange. In the event that the orange IMA purchased a 100 FND Product Package, the green IMA will receive the following:

100 FND Product Package

Friends Bonus: 5% paid to IMA: 5 FND

Matching Bonus: 50% on 5 FND paid to Sponsor: 2.5 FND

Defi nition – Explanation and Qualifi cation of Each Bonus

FutureNet 2.0 is pleased to announce the New Leadership Development Program. You may be eligible to receive up to 1,700,000 FND in Rank Advancement Bonuses, PLUS all of the other commissions and bonuses available. Timing could not be more perfect for you to be part of FutureNet 2.0.

These new bonuses are designed to reward the extra effort, to assist and support you and your sales organizations.

Every IMA now has a greater opportunity to build an even larger sales organization of Customers, IMAs and develop strong leaders in the emerging market on and offl ine.

Commissions and bonuses are subject to individual efforts in sharing and selling the FN Goods/Services, the opportunity, building a sales organization and – equally important – the level of your education and the sales volume of your business.

New Leadership Qualifi cation Ranks

Commissions will be paid in the form of FutureNet Dollars (FND), which are exchangeable to FN Vouchers and are valid up to three (3) years from the date the company has issued the commission for payment. All commission bonuses will be

shown in the IMAs Back Offi ce as soon as a new sale transaction is made. Commission from all sales will be calculated, confi rmed and will become available for withdrawal fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of origination.

BRONZE

To qualify as a Bronze, the IMA must have at least 3 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 5.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 50% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Bronze is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 250 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must qualify for this rank within the FIRST 30 Days from the date of registration with the Company. The qualification may be achieved and recognized any time after the fi rst 30 days, however they will not be eligible for this bonus.

SILVER

To qualify as a Silver, the IMA must have at least 4 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 15.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 50% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Silver is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 750 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must qualify for this rank within the FIRST 60 Days from the date of registration with the Company. The qualification may be achieved and recognized any time after the fi rst 60 days, however they will not be eligible for this bonus.

GOLD

To qualify as a Gold, the IMA must have at least 5 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 45.000 PGQV) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 50% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Gold is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 1,500 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must qualify for this rank within the FIRST 90 Days from the date of registration with the Company. The qualification may be achieved and recognized any time after the fi rst 90 days, however they will not be eligible for this bonus.

PLATINUM

To qualify as a Platinum, the IMA must have at least 6 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 90.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 50% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Silver is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 3,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must qualify for this rank within the FIRST 120 Days from the date of registration with the Company. The qualification may be achieved and recognized any time after the fi rst 120 days, however they will not be eligible for this bonus.

First Four Qualifi cation Ranks – Elite Club

DIAMOND

To qualify as a Diamond, the IMA must have at least 7 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 150.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 40% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Diamond is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 10,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must requalify for this rank at least twice in a six-month period.

LEADER BONUS:

A Diamond will also receive an Extra Leader Bonus of one (1%) percent on the total sales volume of their personal sales organization for the month they qualifi ed as Diamond as well as the following month.

DOUBLE DIAMOND

To qualify as a Double Diamond, the IMA must have at least 8 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 300.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 40% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Double Diamond is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 20,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must requalify for this rank at least twice in a six-month period.

LEADER BONUS:

A Double Diamond will also receive an Extra Leader Bonus of two (2%) percent on the total sales volume of their personal sales organization for the month they qualifi ed as Double Diamond as well as the following month.

Second Qualifi cation Leadership Ranks – Diamond Club

TRIPLE DIAMOND

To qualify as a Triple Diamond, the IMA must have at least 9 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 500.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 40% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Triple Diamond is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 30,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must requalify for this rank at least twice in a six-month period.

LEADER BONUS:

A Triple Dimond will also receive an Extra Leader Bonus of three (3%) percent on the total sales volume of their personal sales organization for the month they qualifi ed as Triple Diamond as well as the following month.

BLUE DIAMOND

To qualify as a Blue Diamond, the IMA must have at least 10 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 750.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 40% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Blue Diamond is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 50,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must requalify for this rank at least twice in a six-month period.

LEADER BONUS:

A Blue Diamond will also receive an Extra Leader Bonus of four (4%) percent on the total sales volume of their personal sales organization for the month they qualifi ed as Blue Diamond as well as the following month.

Second Qualifi cation Leadership Ranks – Diamond Club

BLACK DIAMOND

To qualify as a Black Diamond, the IMA must have at least 12 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 1.000.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 33% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Black Diamond is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 100,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must requalify for this rank at least twice in a six-month period and assist in the development of at least one (1) IMA to qualify as Diamond either prior or during the month of qualification, anywhere in their personal sales organization structure within the tenlevels.

LEADER BONUS:

A Black Diamond will also receive an Extra Leader Bonus of fi ve (5%) percent on the total sales volume of their personal sales organization for the month they qualifi ed as Black Diamond as well as the following month.

CROWN DIAMOND

To qualify as a Crown Diamond, the IMA must have at least 14 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 2.000.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 33% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Crown Diamond is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 200,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must requalify for this rank at least twice in a six-month period and assist in the development of at least two (2) IMAs to qualify as Diamonds either prior or during the month of qualifi cation, anywhere in their personal sales organization structure within the tenlevels.

LEADER BONUS:

A Crown Diamond will also receive an Extra Leader Bonus of six (6%) percent on the total sales volume of their personal sales organization for the month they qualifi ed as Crown Diamond as well as the following month.

ROYAL AMBASSADOR DIAMOND

To qualify as a Royal Ambassador Diamond, the IMA must have at least 16 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 3.000.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 33% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualif ied Royal Ambassador Diamond is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 300,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must requalify for this rank at least twice in a six-month period and assist in the development of at least three (3) IMAs to qualify as Diamonds either prior or during the month of qualification, anywhere in their personal sales organization structure within the ten levels.

LEADER BONUS:

A Royal Ambassador Diamond will also receive an Extra Leader Bonus of seven (7%) percent on the total sales volume of their personal sales organization for the month they qualified as a Royal Ambassador Diamond as well as the following month.

CHAIRMAN’S CLUB

To qualify as CHAIRMAN’S CLUB, the IMA must have at least 18 personally enrolled/sponsored Customers or IMAs and must accumulate a minimum of 5.000.000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualifying Volume) during one calendar month from the total sales volume of the IMAs personal organization, with a maximum of 33% of the PGQV deriving from one personally sponsored Active IMA.

A qualifi ed Chairman’s Club is eligible for a one–time Rank Advancement Bonus of 1,000,000 FND. In order to receive this bonus, the IMA must requalify for this rank at least twice in a six-month period and assist in the development of at least three (3) IMAs to qualify as Diamonds either prior or during the month of qualifi cation, anywhere in their personal sales organization structure within the tenlevels.

LEADER BONUS:

A Chairman’s Club will also receive an Extra Leader Bonus of eight (8%) percent on the total sales volume of their personal sales organization for the month they qualifi ed as Crown Diamond as well as the following month.

Sharing of Leader Bonus

The amount of the Leader Bonus that is rewarded to each qualifi ed IMA, is subject to the following condition:

If a Double Diamond has qualified to receive a Leader Bonus of 3% and has a personally sponsored Diamond that qualified to receive a 1% Leader Bonus, the sponsor will receive the difference of the remaining 2%. This calculation shall apply for all ranks from Double Diamond to Chairman’s Club. All Leadership Ranks require a minimum monthly sales volume of $99.00 or the personal enrollment of at least TWO (2) new Customers or personally sponsored IMAs who produce a minimum monthly sales volume of $200 from the combination of FN Product Packages, along with the required qualifi cations for each Rank.

FutureNet Dollars and Vouchers

All commissions are calculated and transmitted in the form of FutureNet Dollar (FND) Vouchers. The FND Voucher is calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations and qualification requirements. The FND

Voucher is calculated immediately after any sales transaction and is shown in the IMAs Back Office as soon as a new sale transaction is completed. Commissions from all sales will be calculated, confi rmed and will become available for withdrawal fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of origination.

The value of 1 FND has the equivalency of $1.00 USD.

FND Vouchers may be issued in any amount and may be redeemed on the FN Platform for:

FN Goods/Services;

Exchanged for Cryptocurrency; or

FN Purchasing Codes

Does an FND Voucher have an expire date?

FND Vouchers received from commissions earned are valid up to three (3) years from the date the Company has issued the commission for payment.

Explanation of Leader Bonus

The FutureNet 2 . 0 Business Model rewards all Independent Marketing Associates who participate in activities on the FN Platform, in the marketing and the sales activities, as well as providing support to their corresponding sales organizations as required.

In order to be eligible to receive all commissions and bonuses, all IMAs must be Active and Qualifi ed, meet the Personal Activity Requirement and produce the required sales volume within the sales organization of each structure monthly. Every IMA is required to qualify with at least 100 Personal Activity Points.

Personal Activity Points are awarded for individual Independent Marketing Associate’s activities according to the list indicated on this Marketing Plan.

Detailed requirements concerning the activity are indicated on further pages of this Marketing Plan (see page20).

The Personal Activity requirement is acquired through the Independent Marketing Associate’s personal activity.

Settlement Period

Qualifi cation is calculated on a quarterly basis, starting from the first day of the calendar quarter and ending on the last day of the calendar quarter:

January 1st – March 31st

April 1st – June 30th

July 1st – September 30th

October 1st – December 31st

The qualification earned in the ongoing Settlement Period entitles you to collect Remuneration for both, the Settlement Period in which you have been working on and for the next Settlement Period. If an IMA exceeds more than the required Activity Points in a given Settlement Period, then up to 50 Activity Points may be transferred to the IMAs next Settlement Period.

The Personal Activity Requirement

Example:

An IMA earned 124 activity points in the period between January 1st and March 31st and is qualifi ed. Thus, the IMA qualifi ed for the Settlement period from April 1st to June 30th and has 24 Activity Points that can be used in the Settlement period from 1 July to September 30th. Activities earned above the necessary minimum are transferred to the next settlement period.

If the IMA earns more Activity Points and their number exceeds the Personal Activity of the IMA in a given Settlement Period and is higher than the necessary minimum needed to claim Remuneration then up to 50 Activity Points can be transferred to the next Settlement Period.

Prizes

For each 1 FND generated in your personalsales organization from the purchase of FN Product Packages, you will receive 1 token. (Purchases made by redeeming Media Points are not included). In addition, tokens/points earned from FN Product Packages that are qualified for these prizes, only a certain percentage of them is counted which depends on the PersonalTeam they come from (40%, 30%, 30%).

The IMA will be able to view information with respect to their teams performance at the bottom of the web page next to each of the individual prizes. We will post the minimum qualifi ed achievements required in order to receive each prize. Platform/FutureNet 2.0 Portal

The website which is owned and operated by the Service Provider under the domain address of https://futurenet.social, (as well as other Internet addresses build with your username refl ink). This constitutes an internet platform that includes a number of elements that are characteristics of internet portals of the Service Provider, and the services are provided via electronic means to the benefi t of Users, Customers and IMAs, as described in the present Terms and Conditions.

Goods / Services of FutureNet 2.0 / FN Goods / Services

Products provided by the Service Provider or at the offer of which the Service Provider acts as an intermediary.

Network Marketing Business Model

A business marketing concept and a strategy, in which IMAs accept to market and sell the Company’s Goods/Services and business opportunity during their own time and accept to be rewarded by commissions generated and calculated only by the sales volume, subject to the Terms and Conditions within the Marketing Plan.

Back Offi ce

An online engine web–based platform where IMAs can enroll and sponsor Customers and IMAs, as well as invite people as Users for free and/or to purchase FN Goods/Services and view all business activities of their sales organizations.

Refl ink

A unique string of characters or a QR code assigned to each IMA to assist them in building a sales organization and assist in the settlement and billing system of the Service Provider to determine whether a specifi c Customer purchased FN Goods/Services through a Refl ink provided by an IMA.

Sales Organization

The system of interconnections between the IMA and the Customers resulting from the fact that the IMA recommended FN Goods/Services to those Customers. It is created as a result of using a Refl ink when purchasing FN Goods/Services.

Structure’s Turnover

One of the criteria that must be met within the sales organization in order for the IMA to be qualified for remuneration, is the minimum value of FN Goods/Services purchased by the Customers or IMAs positioned in a particular sales team in the Settlement Period, as described in this Marketing Plan.

The Agreement that describes the Terms and Conditions on how the IMAs remuneration will be awarded and the qualifi cation requirements.

Media Points

Points (Voucher) which the IMA may redeem through the Portal to purchase FN Goods/Services in order to reduce the purchase price or may be used towards a FN Travel Voucher.

Travel Voucher

A Voucher which members may redeem on the FutureNet Travel website to activate discounts on hotel reservations and car rentals.

Monthly Turnover

The maximum payout in the FutureNet 2.0 Reward Plan will be capped at 80% of total company–wide CV. Commissions, bonuses and all other forms of income may be subject to this cap and may be adjusted from time to time.

Commissions

Commissions received by the IMA for acting as an intermediary in the purchase of FutureNet 2.0 Goods/Services between the Customers and the Service Provider are awarded as a Bonus (granted in the form of FNDollars), Media Points or as a prize. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, as specified in the Marketing Plan, the IMA must meet required qualifi cations in order to receive the remuneration from the entire sales organization and meet his/her Personal Activity Requirement.
