Wood, its materials,prestige everywhere.Worldwide, wood is cut,processed, transported,transformed. Termolegno is present onthe global scene in morethan 50 countries,because its dryers havestructural, operationaland water-resistancerequirements to be ableto take on the mostadverse environmentalconditions. Termolegnotechnicians and operatorsintervene at the siteto set up the structure,make it operational andcertify testing.

Each standard Termolegnoinstallation is designed supportloads of snow of up to160 kg/m2, and even up to250 kg/m2 on customerrequest. They can withstandwind speeds of up to120 km/h and enhancethe thermal insulation systemin countries with especiallysevere climates.

From the load bearingstructures to the welding,from the doors tothe screws, at Termolegnoevery single element isstudied to improve thefunctionality of thesystem and its durabilityover time. Aluminium and stainlesssteel are the chosenmaterials, bold andresistant to corrosion andwear, able to withstandabrupt temperaturechanges and a heavy-dutyproduction cycle.

All trusses, columns anduprights are made ina special aluminiumalloy which is resistantto the tannin releasedby wood.

GARRETThe false ceiling isrealized with frettedaluminium sheet metalinserted in specialprofiles which makethem easy to remove.

VENTILATIONTermolegno uses axialfans with reversibleprofile die-cast aluminiumblades, with the nozzlesin stainless steel and IP55class H electric motorswhich are resistantto high temperaturesand humidity.

HUMIDIFICATIONThe adoption of atomizernozzles connectedto stainless steel pipesguarantees the properhygrometric balanceinside the cells.

AIR EXCHANGEPerfect and rapid airexchange is guaranteedby the aluminiumshutters which arecomplete with 24 Vmotorization locatedon the roof.
