Early Termination of Rental Agreement

This letter is to formally notify you that I am required to break my lease before the stipulated termination date in the contract (30.09.2019). I must do so because I should end my studies here at the Universitt Duisburg-Essen on September 2015. Furthermore, I should leave Germany before first of October 2015.
