4. FINAL DESIGN PRODUCTa. Hardcopy and softcopy:

i. Design Reports, Design drawing and detail drawing in A2 / A1 format for construction (softcopy (MS-Word, MS-Excel, PDF or CAD and Hardcopy)

ii. Technical Specification document (C/M/E)iii. Bill of Quantity (include unit price for all equipment material and labour,

unit rate analysis)iv. All design calculation – original file from engineering soft ware or

spreadsheet.v. Schedule for each Building and overall schedule.

vi. Method of Workb. Prepare product Catalogue and Operation Procedure Document (Manual

Installation, Operation and Maintenance for Equipment.c. Preparation Data for Permit. Prepare data (C/M/E) for Construction Permit.
