STAFF MEMBER IN PROFILE:

RICHARD HAYWARD– PE TEACHER

My name is Richard Hayward and I am the new PE teacher at KGPS. I have enjoyed meeting all the students and some parents this term and it is been a busy term for school sport with interschool fixtures, school swimming, AFL club and Camp. I love playing and watching most sport with my favourite being golf, tennis, cricket and AFL. I am a keen Melbourne Demons fan so will be trying my best to win over some new supporters from KGPS! When I am not doing something sport related I like to go to the cinema or out for dinner with friends and family. The school has lots of exciting plans for PE this year so I hope to see the whole community involved when we are allowed.

TONG SHA– MANDARIN TEACHER

Hello KGPS community, my name is Tong Sha. I am very excited to be teaching Mandarin Chinese at Keysborough Gardens Primary School this year. I am now in my second year of teaching Mandarin Chinese and have spent my last year at primary schools in Bendigo. I love reading books and playing Erhu, a traditional Chinese instrument. In most of my spare time, I also enjoy cooking and visiting my friends. I look forward to meeting you all throughout 2021!

Congratulations to the

Students of the Week!
