The Company Terasteel has been present on the construction market since 1994. As of 2007, the company was reorganized and turned itself from a building materials trader into a producer focused on technology and innovation. In 2013 the company opened a new manufacturing center “Metal Service” in order to support customers and to offer a more comprehensive range of complete solutions. This center specializes in galvanized profiles production. The company is part of the Teraplast Group, alongside with Teraplast and Politub companies. Teraplast Group is a supplier of complete systems for construction and installations.

The thermal insulating wall panel IsoPerA represents a constructive solution based on a hidden fixing system, for satisfying the most exigent aesthetic requirements. These panels allow setting up high value decorative walls. They may be assembled horizontally, as well as vertically.

IsoAc3 - is a roof panel having 3 ribs for stiffness, which can be used in every construction application, where the roof’s slope is higher than 7%. The 3 ribs are placed on a 1m width, satisfying thus the standard requirements for resistance, thermal insulation and aesthetics. It represents a practical and economical solution.

IsoAc5 - is a roof panel having 5 ribs for stiffness, designed for construction applications with high requirements of resistance, where the roof’s slope is higher than 7%. The 5 ribs are placed on a 1m width, satisfying thus the higher requirements for resistance and thermal insulation.

IsoBit5 - is a panel designed for roofs that are going to be insulated later on, with bituminized or other kind of membranes (eg. PVC membrane) . This type of panel is assembled by positioning the metal face on the structure.

This type of material allows easy cleaning and has a high resistance to various stains (butter, margarine, vegetable oils, vinegar, lubricating oils, fruit acids, lactic acids, caustic solutions, various edible oils etc).Maintenance is recommended to be done with water and a neutral soap.Use a soft sponge and avoid the use of aggressive products or solvents such as acetone, toluene, ethyl acetate and similar substances.

Pre-cutting of panels (cutting the bottom steel sheet and foam core) can be performed directly in the factory.
Removing the foam core and the bottom steel sheet from the area that is going to be overlapped shall be performed on site.

Profiles made of cold formed galvanized steel are used mainly as secondary elements of the buildings' resistance structures, as roof purlins or wall rulers.During the past years, these elements have also been used for laying down the actual resistance structure of the buildings.

OBS.: It is recommended to fasten the roof panels onto the support wedges, using an appropriate number of screws, depending on the ribs (minimum 3). It is recommended to use metal caps for each screw. It is recommended to fasten the wall panels onto the support wedges, using at least 3 screws per width of panel. It is mandatory to increase the number of screws when fastening the panels to the building’s edges.

Functions of smoke evacuation traps:
• Evacuation of smoke and hot gases (the main function that defines this product). The opening command may be automatically and manually;• Daily-ventilation is an optional feature ensuring the increase of comfort. Its activation can be automatically or manually.•Natural lighting – achieved by means of glazed surface, which can be: opal colored or transparent polycarbonate of 10 or 16mm, or thermally processed acrylic glass having 1, 2 or 3 layers• Roof access.
