A brief note.
This book is written to help pupils learn the tenor clef.
Pupils should practice each piece as follows:- speaking the note names- speaking the note names and moving the slide / fingers to the correct position- playing
Only when totally familiar with the tenor clef notes and positions should the first twosteps be left out.
As with all learning, practice little and often is best... so practice tenor clef every day.
