SUMMARY   OF   EXPERIENCE  

Application  and  exercise  of  QA/QC  and  welding  and  NDT  in  fabrication,  piping,  structure,  vessel,  skid, 

refinery, power plant, onshore and engineering industries according to code & standard / specification 

applied, familiars and ability to used all ASME Code, API (1104, 510. 570 and 5L).

Experience  NDT  in fabrication,  piping,  structure,  vessel,  skid,  onshore  before  this  I  join  PAUT  and  Tofd 

inspection  in  refinery,  Power  Plant  Shell,  Petronas  Cari  Gali  and  ExxonMobil  Malaysia  and  have 

qualified  with  Phase  Array  Ultrasonic  Testing  (PAUT),  familiar  in  PAUT 

Machine  (Omniscan,  harfang,Veo Sonatest)  also  have  experience  in  TOFD  Inspection, as a Long  Range 

Guided Wave assistant. Ability to used all ASME Code and API (1104 and B31.3, A16).
