¡NO!¡VETE!

Significa que si alguien te pide hacer algo que te hace sentir incomodo(a), extraño(a) o triste, tú tienes el derecho de decir ¡NO!

Significa escapar de esa situación si puedes hacerlo en una manera segura. Si sientes que algo esta mal, escucha a tus sentimientos y vete de ahí.

Significa que tan pronto como puedas, dile lo que te paso a un adulto de confianza. Si el adulto no te escucha o no te cree, dile a otro adulto de confianza. Cuentalo hasta que alguien te escuche y te crea. Y recuerda, NO ES TU CULPA.

Su hijo(a) ha aprendido mucho en las tres sesiones con Blue Sky Bridge. La practica y la comunición son necesarias para que estas reacciones sean instintivas.
