Telemedicine was officially founded in the margin of the 3rd
International Conference on the Medical Aspects of
Telemedicine, held in Kobe (Japan)

Frank Lievens (left) holds the original minutes recorded at the two meetings
in Kobe (Japan) at which the Society was founded, on May 30 and 31,
