Implementation The Nigerian Postal System is designed to provide postal services to the common man

of Nigeria. The system is a web based solution where the users can log into the system

over the Internet and perform various transactions like registration and sending bulk

mails, tracking registered letters and parcels, apply for the new post office box/bag. It

provides the facility of on-line payment for end users that want to avail the services of

Bulk Mail and Post Letter Box. This system even provides back-office services for in

house services of post office like Stock Management and stamps selling. The track and

trace feature of Nigerian Postal System is used for tracking domestic mails and also

international mails with the National IPS database

The Requirement Nigerian Communication Council wants to keep biometric records of existing and future SIM

users. For this they have appointed few data collection centers. These data collection

centers, known as FEPs collect SIM user details and collate these details of SIM user in an

xml file. One xml file is created per SIM user. Then these FEPs upload bulk xml files as a zip

packet. Client required us to automate the process of extracting xml files from zip packets,

validate the files against xml schema and process SIM user for his facial & biometric data.

Implementation XML retrieval from ZIP packet, XML validation against XML Schema, SIM Users

demographic data validation using third party component, Valid and Invalid xml files list

update mails to FEPs, Corrupt packets update mail to support group, Reports

The Requirement TekMindz, for one of its client, is working on a solution name DT Connect. DT Connect is a back-

up support web based application which provides support to the different clinical institutes or

hospitals with the current patient information during non-availability or failure of HIS system.

The application has been designed to provide patient’s medicals details to the Nursing,

Pharmacy, Lab & Blood Bank through real-time HIS sync capability & smooth transition to

downtime mode through different web services. It communicates with the HIS system using

HIPPA compliant HL7 messages.

create a POC with given data for Tourism Department. The application is enabled not only for

web but mobiles as well. This application allows the user to search for Hotels and Tour

operators in given State, City and have option to add the searched results to Travel Cart. The

mobile version of app can track user visiting the searched locations and can help generate the

BI reports to be used by GOI to have planning done.
