Modification for Ferritantenna and external LW/MW-Antenna Input

1. The Ferritantenna (Part 1: Change the ferritbar wire) At first you build out the ferritbar, but doe this very carfull ! Use a hair dryer to dissolve the glue, work very carfull !

Know you can install the ferritantenna in the housing.

2. The external antenna-connector for Long- and Mediumwave I use this mainboard-connectors:

And made this with two of them:

Drill two holes inside the back-housing of your PL-660:

Fix the connectors from inside with glue:

Connect the 10turns of 0.3mm copper wire with the 2 connectors, build an adapter to connect your external antenna:

Connect your external LW/MW antenna with the PL-660 and listen…
