With its impressive overall capability the MITSUBISHI 64-BIT CNC controller of the BA-Series

is ready for everything. It can be operated intuitively in spite of its complex range of functions.

The logical menu structure and the clear graphic display of the main functions lets you get

what you want with a few mouse clicks or keystrokes. The function “Graphic Check” allows

you to perform a simulation of your program in 2D or 3D mode before or during processing.

The expert system E.S.P.E.R. automatically determines the correct generator settings from

your data and the “Machining Monitor” shows the current processing status for monitoring

purposes. Furthermore, various evaluation and optimisation programs interactively support

you during the determination of the optimal and most economic machine settings.

This means you have “workshop-oriented” control.

The intelligent control systemThe compact system for your productionThe wire eroding systems of the BA-Series can be applied universally and are particularly appropriate

for your production. If automated, they work without an operator; three shifts per day, 365 days per year.

Their reliability, capability and high availability are captivating, but when matched with a sustainable

reduction of your operating costs they become irresistible. The high-quality equipment,

paired with the smallest space requirements are convincing too. High cutting speed and low

unit costs are enabled by a high-power generator.

The simple, intuitive machine operation is supported by an automatic wire threading system

for wire diameters from 0.1 to 0.3 mm as well as an absolute measuring system.

This high user-friendliness allows eroding time to be utilised to the maximum.

Telecontrol: Remote control via PCTelecontrol realises the remote monitoringand control of the machine from any site.The optimisation of running processes isalso possible using Telecontrol.
