And because mileage and hiding are intrinsically linked, Reveal Folio has been specifically developed to offer you a simple, superior solution to dramatically enhance both the mileage and the hiding of the coated objects.

Reveal Folio is easy to apply, and offers the same level of hiding as a standard powder product but at a much lower thickness. With between 25 and 35 microns, as opposed to higher thicknesses used traditionally, this thin film lives up to the demanding expectations of the industry in terms of flow and leveling - giving you the absolute best coverage performance possible while preserving corrosion, chemical and mechanical properties.

For an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or applicator looking to improve production processes and reduce costs, Reveal Folio offers the optimum balance of economic and aesthetic performance. Dependent on application equipment and settings, as well as object geometry, Reveal Folio can achieve up to 50% reduction in powder consumption.
