Current Situation There has been an increasingly heavy air pollution in China. Many cities,

such as Beijing has continuously encountered severe air pollution and haze weather

The grim situation intensifies the pressure on the control of air pollution. To cope with the increasingly serious air pollution, China has issued a series of laws and regulations and planning for the control of air pollution

Policies Action Plan for Air Pollution Prevention and Control (State Council [2013]37) Key Areas of Air Pollution Prevention and Control during the Twelfth Five Year

(MEP [2012]130) On the Implementation of Air Pollutant Special Emission Limit Values (MEP

Announcement No.14, 2013) More stringent emission standards of air pollutants will be issued (thermal power,

steel and other industries)

2.1.2 Moving electrode type electrostatic precipitation

Moving electrode type electrostatic precipitation Only adopted in final field, especially suitable for the reconstruction of old

units of electric precipitations The dust removal rate is up to 99.8%, dust concentration in the exit is

lower than 30mg/m3, the lowest is lower than 10mg/m3, the efficiency is increased from ordinary 50-70% to 70-90%

By the end of June this year, 300MW units and above have installed a total capacity of 25,000,000kW in contracts

Case : A 300MW unit electric precipitator reconstruction in the second phase of a Hebei power plant The fume and dust concentration in the exit drops from 150mg/m3

to 32mg/m3, which is lower than the designing value 40mg/m3

gas treatment ) The dust removal rate is higher than 99.9%, the dust

concentration in the exit can be controlled within 20mg/m³ or

even lower than 5mg/m³, the removal rate of PM2.5 is up to 95%

Has been applied in a 300 MW unit of a power plant in Yiyang

City, Hunan Province with good effect

reconstructed in a power plant of Shanghai

The mass concentration of PM2.5 in the exit has dropped from 15.7

mg/m3 to 10.9 mg/m3

High-end materials for bag filter

Technology development is long-life, efficiency and low

resistance. Domestic enterprises have mastered the

advanced filter spunlace production process, can greatly

improve the efficiency and life of the filter and remove PM2.5 to

a great extent

Mainly develop high-end materials such as PPS, P84, PTFE

and composite filter

2.2.1 DeSOx in power plantImprovement of limestone - gypsum method, increase the spray layer, add desulphurization synergist, using double towers and double absorption process (desulfurization efficiency above 98%, SO2 emission concentrations of less than 50mg/m3) etc.
