1. Focus is at TUS particularly on Service and Express Maintenance.
2. Technician is rotated from one area to another.
3. DT group is perceived as "Non-Wanted" Group as it is low in incentives and lack of focus (No leadership)
4. Most of Workshop ECSO are not "Strong" in Technical resulting poor handling of Technical Related matter such as FTR issuance, WIP Control. QC. Diagnose and Case Study Analysis.

FACTS1.There in NO dedicated training to level up Team Leader technical skill and knowledge. 2.Repair units comprises of 45% of total TUS units which carry significant impact on Team Leader efficiency.3.TSM Kodawari ONLY focusing on smoothness of MaxCheck process. 4.There is no dedicated leader to take charge on Repair Activities resulting poor handling of repairs.5.There is no career movement for Team Leader.
