SMART BUILDING:

• IP-based BMS making it possible to develop a specific application for Alto, allowing the work environment to be controlled from a smartphone (lighting, air conditioning, electric blinds, etc.).

• BMS for operating, controlling and optimising the performance of the technical installations (HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting) and managing the overall cost of the building.

EFFECTIVE, SUSTAINABLE AND ENERGY-EFFICIENT BUILDING ENVELOPE AND TECHNICAL INSTALLATIONS:

• Façade:

- A slim, undulating glass double-skin façade with a 50cm solid supporting wall, offering high environmental performance to improve the well-being of users in terms of visual, acoustic and thermal comfort, while reducing energy consumption.

- Frames allowing for every second window to be opened to enhance user comfort

- Shade provided by a motorised external venetian blind system integrated into the double skin (centralised control via the BMS)
