Team Purpose/Objective: The Professional MBA Team 4 will work individually and collectively on class

assignments, in order to get the most out of this learning experience and to get the best grade possible.

This will be accomplished by working on assignments, and delivering said assignments to the team,

and/or professor in a timely manner. We will build-on and foster teamwork, respect and synergy. Thegoal of the group is to outperform even its best individual member.

Code of Conduct: As a team, we will:y Work proactively, anticipating potential problems and working to prevent themy Keep other team members informed of information related to the teamy Focus on what is best for the entire teamy Be respectful

Assignments: We will:y Keep team members informed of our progress regarding an assigned project, whether assigned

by the professor, or team members

y Assignments will be submitted on the due date (due date agreed upon by team members)Participation: We will:

y Be honest and open during all team activitiesy Create a safe environment where we can express ideas freelyy Encourage diverse opinions in teamworky Provide the opportunity for equal participationy Be open to new approaches and consider new ideasy Have one discussion at a timey Let the team know well in advance if a team member has to miss a meeting or may have trouble

meeting a deadline for a given task

Communication: We will:y Decide as a team on the best way to communicate, email, Skype, and text messagingy Assign a team member to facilitate (on a rotational basis) all meetings and arrange for phone

conferences, if needed.

y Work together to adhere to deadlines, and timelinesy Present ideas clearly and concisely.y Keep discussions on track and have one discussion at a time.

Problem solving: We will:y Encourage everyone to participate in solving problems.y Only use constructive criticism and focus on solving problems, not blaming peopley Strive to build on each others ideas

Conflict Resolution: We will:y Keep people, and problems separate there are no winners or losers just solutionsy Listen first, talk secondy As a team, meet and bring peaceful and respectful resolution to issues that arisey When two team members are unable to find consensus, the rest of team will assist in reach

consensus by way of a vote

y Be open that we may need to negotiate a solutiony In the event that we are unable to resolve issues as a group, we have the option to meet with

Mr. Kevan Edwards, Program Coordinator Downtown MBA in order to find resolution

Meeting Guidelines and Class Assignments: We will:y On a rotational basis, informal minutes will be kept and distributed to team members especially

when assignments are made

y Plan to meet on Tuesdays, and Thursdays evenings during dinnery Meet more frequently and hold other meetings when neededy Arrange for Skype conferences for participants, if neededy Complete all assignments within the agreed upon deadliney Inform other team members of delays in completing assignmentsy Document major issues and decisions related to the team and send them out via email to all

team members.
