THE KEY CONSIDERATION OF THE DESIGN IS TO BALANCE SITE AND CONSTRUCTION CONSTRAINTS WITH IS TO BALANCE SITE AND CONSTRUCTION CONSTRAINTS WITH FUNCTIONALITY. ARCHITECTURAL FORM A SLENDER SINGLE TIER BAMBOO DECK SUSPENDED ABOVE THE FLOOD LEVELS, ENABLES AN ELEGANT STRUCTURAL FORM WHICH AIMS TO BLEND SEAMLESSLY INTO THE LUSH, HILLY NATURAL BACKGROUND. STRUCTURE STRUCTURE THE BRIDGE WAS ELEVATED ABOVE EXISTING FLOOD LEVELS AND THE GRAVITY SUPPORT SYSTEM (STONE PIER) WAS PRESERVED TO MINIMIZE GROUND IMPROVEMENT WORKS . THE MOMENT BALANCED ROPE SYSTEM WAS USED TO ENHANCE THE SPAN OF THE SINGLE TIER USED TO ENHANCE THE SPAN OF THE SINGLE TIER BAMBOO DECK SYSTEM. SUSTAINABILITY EMPOWERING THE LOCAL VILLAGERS REQUIRES SIMPLISTIC CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND THE USE OF SIMPLISTIC CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND THE USE OF RENEWABLE MATERIALS (BAMBOO, RIVER ROCKS AND NATURAL ROPES) WOULD CREATE THE BALANCE IN BOTH FUNCTIONALITY AND ECOSYSTEM PRESERVATION.
