THE BIGGER PICTURE

Our ‘The Bigger Picture’ provides an excellentteamwork and communication forum for the entiregroup. Drawing on the delegates’ conceptual andspatial talents, this high-quality, fun exercise requiressmall teams to work independently to collectivelyrecreate a work of art – or bespoke design to yourspecification – from limited information. Each team isthen given a miniaturised piece of the artwork fromwhich they will produce their contribution to thefinished project. This event is ideal for clients lookingto incorporate a specific message.

BEAT THE CLOCK

‘Beat The Clock’ is a fun, competitive andextremely high-energy event, and incorporatesover 150 different mini challenges where teamsare competing against the clock in order to getthe most points. With ‘Beat the Clock’ there is arole for everyone in your team – creative,technical, mental, sensory, problem-solving,general knowledge and physical tasks.Meanwhile, at the front of the room the bigscreen showing the digital clock keeps tickingdown and the totals on the live scoreboard keepgoing up.

Certainly a unique and alternative event, ‘IceCarving' is a great talking point for any conference ormeeting. Our Ice Carving event has guests buzzingwith excitement and enthusiasm. Our professionalice carving instructors will demonstrate and guideparticipants through the skills and techniquesrequired to create their very own ice sculpture. Thisevent is great fun, as everyone is encouraged to takepart and take pride in their magnificent work! As anoptional extra we can personalise the sculpture foryour event and add an extra element of excitement.

WINE TASTING CHALLENGE

Team Tactics' ‘Wine TastingChallenge’ is a friendly,entertaining and enjoyable winetasting event that can beorganised for almost any kind ofcorporate event, particularly priorto dinner, whose audience has aninterest in wines. An expertsommelier will welcome guestswith a Champagne reception andconduct the event.Our sommelier has worked withTeam Tactics for 12 years runningcorporate wine tasting events.Each team will be provided with apersonalised tasting sheet in theform of a multiple choicequestionnaire – sometimes a littlehelp is given, sometimes somecurved balls are thrown in tomaintain the competitiveness andenthusiasm for the evening!

DRUM UP THE FUN

Drumming is a powerful team building toolbecause when it works, the effect is immediate;everyone can feel it and hear it. Our ‘Drum upthe Fun’ event is infectious – people justcan’t help but getting involved! Participants’ willexperience exotic instruments such as thepounding surdo's of Brazil, doumbeks fromancient Egypt, and ashiko's from the jungles ofAfrica. ONE VOICE

Welcome to the land of harmony! Participantswork together to produce spine-tingling results inthis exciting workshop based on the TV show LastChoir Standing. Groups will enjoy a workshop ofharmonies and lyrics to a well-known song andexperience the thrills and spills of working with aprofessional vocal coach and using a PA system. Afabulously uplifting energiser, ideal as part of aconference, teams will be challenged, energisedand left with a huge sense of achievement. Aprofessional sound engineer can record thisactivity onto a CD or DVD for participants!

ROBOT WARS

Prepare for the battle of your life! Competitors are welcomed by our Robot Wars host andexpert roboteer – a former UK Robot Wars Champion and are briefed on building their robot.Then it’s up to them. Teams work together to construct their machines, before adding somestylish customisation – will you create a mean-looking machine or lure your rivals into a falsesense of security with something cute and fluffy-looking? And don’t forget the all importantweapon. It's then time to enter the arena where battle commences...

JAPANESE SUSHI MASTERCLASS

Our ‘Japanese Sushi MasterClass’ is designed to beguileguests with the mysteries ofJapanese culture, amongstwhich the art of making perfectsushi is the most prized. Aprofessional Sushi chef gives anengaging talk on the richhistory of Oriental cooking andthe mastery of Sushi. Guestswill then learn to master theSushi making technique frommaking Maki, Nigiri, Californiarolls and TeMaki, after whichthey can sit and enjoy their finework! Our expert will fascinateguests with a talk on theintricacies of Japanese tableetiquette. This event is perfectfor guests looking for analternative night, full of culturalinsights and wonderfulconversation. Imagine everything you could do with yourhands and then add rubber! ‘Clap Happy’ is afast, furious and fabulously fun event that issuitable for either a conference add on orenergiser. Clap Happy raises the group’s energylevels, leaving everyone on a high, making itperfect for a quick pick me up! Each delegatefinds a bright coloured pair of washing up glovestaped under their seat, the different colouredgloves relate to the different rhythms clapped,tapped and slapped, in this great motivator.

GLOBAL MUSIC EXPERIENCE

Our ultimate musical event! This is a high-impact interactive event that focuses on bringingpeople together, motivating them, and sharing an experience they will never forget. Usinginspiration from places such as Brazil, Africa, New Zealand, Japan and Asia we will stretch theircreative thinking to capacity. Teams will rotate through 3 or 4 Global Music Zones. Each zonerepresents a fusion of drumming, costume, percussion and dance and movement. This eventflows from area to area and builds till we lift the roof off in an unforgettable finale performance.Included with this event are two professional facilitators per zone, as well as the Hakaperformers and vocal coaches. Team Tactics can also arrange for area to be themed to enhanceparticipants’ experience.

BOOMWHACKERS

‘Boomwhackers’ is a fantastic team buildingevent or conference add-on that is bound tokeep your delegates on their toes as it allowsparticipants to work together towards a‘concerto of philharmonic proportions’.Everyone has a brightly coloured, tuned‘Boomwhacker’, that when struck, produces anote. Building towards a finale where the pieceof music is performed, our group must listen,react and ensure that all the right notes/coloursare played together at the right time to createthe music of your company. As an optional extrawe can arrange for our Crazy Conductor(complete with tailcoat and white bow tie) toconduct the event.

Our Circus Skills workshop is a superb team buildingactivity which enables teams to work together tocreate an acrobatic balance or show! Learn a rangeof skills including a human pyramid, stilt walking andtrapeze. This activity is available as either a half or afull day event and is suitable for groups of eightparticipants or more. Workshops can be run at oursuperb Central London venue or as a mobile event ata suitable venue anywhere in the UK. ANIMATION NATION

Create your own animation classic similar tofavourites such as Wallace and Gromit andMorph with our exciting Animation Nationevent! Using industry-standard equipment andguided by experienced professionals, includingone of the animators from the Wallace andGromit film Curse of the Were-Rabbit, teams willbe taken through the process of creating theirown plasticine characters and bringing them tolife through the magic of animation. Eachparticipant also keeps their creation at the endof the event! The animation can be made just forfun or even as a resource to communicate yourcompany’s values such as a promotional featurefor your website!

Be a part of the ultimate group performance as a tribute to the King of Pop! Participants willmove through two zones. SCHOOL OF ROCK

Playing in a rock band is something most peopleonly ever dream about; now with the TeamTactics 'School of Rock' anyone can live the dream!Absolutely no musical experience is required inorder to take part, and even the most musicallychallenged will be surprised by what can beachieved. Gradually bands learn how to playtogether in rehearsals under the guidance of ourprofessional instructors. Finally the moment oftruth arrives as the bands don their rock staroutfits and perform their live stage debut!

BUILD A BIKE FORCHARITY

'Build A Bike For Charity' offers somethingdifferent to participants by combining both theenjoyment of team building, along withincreasing your social responsibility. Inspire your creative side and take a fabulous adventure into the world of fashion with our 'MadHatter Millinery Events'. Alongside our award winning milliner, guests will delve into the worldof fashion and millinery couture, immersing themselves with different fabrics, colours anddesigns as they learn techniques, insider hat etiquette and the very latest fashion and seasonaltrends.

A touch of magic will be added to your event with our wonderful vintage tea set with crystal jarsand table cloths to create a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party! No experience in sewing or design isneeded in order to take part in our Mad Hatter events as our Head Milliner and her Millinetswill provide group and personal tuition, ensuring your hat or fascinator at the end is of thehighest quality made with the finest ethically-sourced materials. Our Mad Hatter Tea Partiesare totally mobile. If required we can also add a team building element to the event.

OUTDOORTEAM BUILDINGTeam Tactics aim is to provide “something different” for all our outdoor team building events.Planning a memorable outdoor event takes creativity and meticulous event management ofwhich we have over 20 years' experience, plus the professionalism to make sure the event is astaggering success!

Our outdoor events range from exhilarating motor sports activities, hilarious treasure huntsand our utterly absorbing Sand Drawing activity. Our activity co-ordinators and eventmanagement team will ensure every aspect is a success: with preparation, outdoor events canbe enjoyed throughout the year, in all seasons.

Of particular note is our innovative and exciting range of treasure hunts. They offer maximumflexibility and can be conveniently based for our clients, whether it’s run from their offices,favourite restaurant, local pub or nearby hotel. We provide event management throughout thetreasure hunt, as well as equipment and prizes for the winning team.

SHOOTING ACTIVITIES

Our range of shooting activities are extremelyengaging, providing guests with friendlycompetition and a day out with a difference.Classic events such as clay pigeon shooting, airrifle shooting and archery are available as well asquirky options such as laser clay pigeon shootingor (gulp) axe throwing. Expert tuition is providedto ensure guests fully enjoy the event and guestswill use fully maintained, modern equipment toensure maximum safety levels. There’s a huge list of activities available for gueststo choose from to promote team building. Our‘Spider Web’ activity is a hands-on event in whichteam members are required to display trust andreliance as well as good team work and effectiveplanning skills as the entire team has to passthrough a giant web without touching it or thestructure it hangs upon. 4x4 LAND ROVERDRIVING

Serious driving. Serious fun! This is anunforgettable event, suitable for staffentertaining and as a corporate event and oftencombined with our multi activity day events. Aswell as taking on near impossible slopes andconquering tricky courses, event guestswill also take part in our blindfold driving.Communication is vital to success with blindfolddriving. 4x4 driving is often not suitable fordriving on site at hotels, however Kent, Surreyand Warwickshire offer superb 4x4 courses.

MOTOR SPORTSWe have several different modes of motorisedtransport to choose from! Guests can choose todrive old favourites such as quad bikes, off-roaddirt buggies, or the hovercraft. Alternativelythere’s several options allowing guests to trysomething a bit different. Segway racing isbecoming increasingly popular and is anincredibly fun activity as guests lean and turntheir way around our course. Or try motorisedmayhem at its most hilarious in our Powerturncars! Capable of spinning 360° on its own axis,the Powerturns are one or two man, two-wheeldrive vehicles powered by twin engines andsteered by varying the throttle or brake oneither of the engines. Effective communicationis a must in order to steer this car!

MULTI ACTIVITY

Multi activity days are the ultimate staff away days and corporate event. We have venuesavailable across the UK and offer a huge list of motorised, water based, shooting and mentallychallenging activities available to choose from. Guests will have an impressive choice ofmemorable activities to choose from such as quad biking, Segway racing, hovercrafts, claypigeon shooting, archery, human table football and many more! All our venues are carefullychosen to provide quality facilities as well as for their natural beauty. Our multi-activity dayscan cater for a varying number of participants, as teams can be rotated around the differentactivities.

Each day we run is unique and specific to our client’s requirements, and client’s can pick theirdays activities from our range of options: each venue has its own list of unique activities suitedfor their grounds. Our venues have quality meeting and presentation facilities for clients,allowing us to combine a multi activity day with a corporate presentation or evening dining.During the day we can provide complimentary soft drinks for guests and can also hold a BBQ orbuffet lunch using locally sourced food. All our activities are supervised by trained instructors,whilst the event is covered by our public liability insurance of up to £5 million.

Just a short journeyfrom London by train this picturesque locationoffers 2,000 acres of estate to explore and learnwhat it takes to be a successful ambassador ofthe sport. OCEAN TREASURE HUNT

Teams will enjoy superb views of the Solent during a hearty breakfast at the Lymington YachtHaven Marina and as they kit up for the sea in their oilskins and lifejackets and board their RIB.We then head out into the Solent at 44 knots whilst each team plans its strategy for theactivities ahead as guided by their fully qualified professional skipper. THE PUB PIT-STOP

Once theRIBS are moored up at North Greenwich Pier,we escort you to The O2 to continue thisparticipative and thrilling experience.

The O2 is one of the most iconic Londonlandmarks in our city. Following a safetybriefing, guests will be provided with individualclimb suit, boots, harness and latch. Togetherwith your climb guide who will be there everystep of the way, participants will head up ontoThe O2 leading up to the viewing platformlocated in the centre of The O2 roof. This offersthe most spectacular views and photoopportunities over historic Greenwich, theOlympic Park and Canary Wharf.

Finally, it’s time for you and your team to takecontrols of the Airbus 380 simulator. Can youfly a B777 under Tower Bridge? Barrel roll anA380?
