why we build a Team?

It is because in businesses where there is intense work pressure and this

work must be divided in order to get it done completely and efciently. There

is always gap between managers and sta simply because ,manager and

sta ail to appreciate the eorts that has to be invested in time There islittle doubt ,however, that when done well teamwork contributes

considerably to greatly improved productivity and reduced costs.

How Teams can be formed ?

With good leadership, ire smart people and training them. !uccessul teams

can be ormed by highly dominant individuals . They ocused attention on

the setting o ob"ectives and priorities, and shaping the way team eort was

applied.

Who are successful leaders??

!uccessul leaders are tough, discriminating people who could both hold

their ground in any company, yet not dominate the group.
