8. Statement of Evaluation of TeachingGenerally speaking everyone is apprehensive about their teaching being evaluated.
Evaluation of teaching should be seen in a more positive manner.
Evaluation of teaching helps an individual to self reflect and open the path to self improvement. In many institutions of higher learning there exists some sort of teaching evaluation.
Teaching evaluation may be derived from many different sources such as from students, peers, self, head departments and external bodies.
