IS-1100 is a water soluble blendof surfactants, dispersants andwetting agents designed tothoroughly clean the ID of crudeoil and gas pipelines. IS-2000

For all pipelines thathave been cleaned:

Removal of oxides & scale;stops the corrosionprocess; destroysMIC deposits; phosphonates metal surfaces; and converts metal to an impervious coating.

IS-2000 is a balanced blend ofchemicals containing surfactants, wet-ting agents, and a mild acid additivedesigned to chemically remove allcorrosion products from pipe walls andprepare the metal surface before theapplication of corrosion inhibitors. Whenused on ferrous metals, IS-2000 reactswith ferrous oxide to form a hard, darkand impervious protective coating that isa part of the metal surface. When IS-2000 is used on metal surfaces, itwill stabilize the metallurgy and providea surface that more readily bonds withfilming corrosion inhibitors and, as aresult, will increase corrosion protectionand dramatically reduce metal loss.

IS-1500

For crude oilpipelines:

IS-1500 is an oil soluble emulsifierdetergent containing surfactants,dispersants and wetting agents in anaromatic solvent. IS-1500 is designedto thoroughly remove agglomeratedparaffin deposits on the ID of crudeoil pipelines. IS-1500 will penetrateexisting paraffin and coat the smallparticles to prevent them from stickingtogether. IS-1500 will lift and dispersedeposits of paraffin, oils, greases,asphaltines and other solid debris fromthe surface of the metal. IS-1500 willhold paraffin and asphaltines in solu-tion and debris in suspension, andallow them to be flushed from thepipeline with standard cleaning pigs,which greatly increases the efficiencyof each pig run.
