Exportsofautomotivecomponentsisaverycriticaltaskwhich requires specialized Rust Preventive Packagingschemes in synergism with highly effective rustpreventiveoils.RUSTX-EX Export Grade oils have chemicals that givehigher, faster and longerdurationofprotection to themetallic components from saline atmospheres duringseatransportationaswellaslongtermstorage.RUSTXoilscontainVCIchemicals,whichworkincontactphase as well as in the vapor phase and protectcomponentsbyitsdualaction.RUSTX–135EEXisalightgradeofrustpreventiveoil,whichprovidesa lubricatingrustpreventivecoatingontheparts.The product has a high flash point solvent whichprovides excellent degreasing and dewateringpropertiesandcanbeusedforprotectionofColdRolledSteel, Engine Components, aswell as large equipmentwhereindooropenstoragesarerequired.TheVCIactionof theoilmakes it suitable for sprayingwithin hollow equipment such as boilers, heatexchangers, reactors, storage tanks, pipesetc. TheVCIfractionevaporatesandreacheshardtoreachsurfaceswhere the direct oil spray cannot reach and protectstheequipmentfromcorrosion.All RUST-X rust preventive oils are Barium & HeavyMetalFree.

Dipping by far is the best method forestablishinganevenlayeronthecomponent.Other methods may be used such as mistspraying, electrostatic spraying, brushing,automatic conveyor spray or dip processpray. It is important that the completesurfaceof thecomponent iscoatedwith therustpreventiveoil.Useofgloveswhilehandlingthecomponentsaswellas immediatepackaging is important.In case the components carry cutting oils orwater from previous processes, dewateringwithCL005isrecommended.
