TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ARRIVAL

We suggest that you arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your

appointment. This will allow us to give you a proper welcome and

for you to familiarize yourself with our facilities, and prepare for

your treatment. In case your delay is inevitable, it will limit the time

designated for your session.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Every treatment or Ritual must be reserved with anticipation; these

can be cancelled without cost 24 hours in advance. After this

timeframe, you will be charged 50% of the price of the treatment. In

cases where the appointments are not cancelled, the full price of the

Ritual or Treatment will be charged.

SPA PROTOCOL

It is important that all of our guest feel in an environment of total

relaxation and tranquility; therefore we ask that before and during

your treatment, you turn off cell phones and other electronic devices.

It is also important that you feel comfortable to enjoy your ritual, and

for this purpose we provide a bathrobe and sandals. Remember

that during the treatment only the parts being worked on will be

exposed.

For your comfort, smoking is not allowed in our installations.

AGE

The minimum age required to experience a Spa therapy is 18.

Minors can receive the majority of our treatments, provided they

are accompanied by their parents or guardians. Most beauty salon

services are available to all ages.

SPA BOUTIQUE

To continue the benefits of your spa treatment, all products used

during your session are available at the spa boutique.

Gift certificates are available.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

All guests who are under medical treatment or that have a specific

medical condition (such as pregnancy) must notify their therapist

before treatment, as this may limit the services we can provide. Any

omission in the information the guest gives the therapist will be the

client’s sole responsibility.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Our prices are presented in Colombian pesos and may change

without previous warning. We accept credit cards and cash. Guests

at Tcherassi Hotel + Spa can also charge their expenses to their

rooms.
