LA MACCHINA E’ STATA PREVISTA PER FUNZIONARE ENTRO I LIMITI INDICATI NEL PRESENTE LIBRETTO ED IN ACCORDO ALLE ISTRUZIONI DEL COSTRUTTORE.La macchina dovrà essere destinata solo all’uso per il quale è stata espressamente concepita. Ogni altro uso è da con-siderarsi improprio e quindi irragionevole. Il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per eventuali danni causati da usi impropri, erronei ed irragionevoli.Per l’utilizzo della macchina è previsto un solo operatore che ha l’obbligo di mantenere le persone esposte lontano dall’area di pericolo durante tutte le fasi di lavoro (3 metri intorno alla macchina).
Questo simbolo viene utilizzato nel presente manuale quando si vuole attirare l’attenzione dell’operatore su particolari rischi connessi con l’uso della macchina. L’operatore ne è il primo destinatario ed ha la responsabi-lità del rispetto delle stesse non solo da parte sua, ma anche da parte di altre persone esposte ai rischi della
macchina. Il mancato rispetto delle istruzioni può causare danni alla persona, che in alcuni casi potrebbero essere talmente gravi da risultare mortali.
La macchina non è provvista di illuminazione propria. Eseguire tutte le operazioni di lavoro, in ambienti dotati di buona illuminazione. Per tutte le operazioni di disimballo, installazione, uso, manutenzione utilizzare idonei Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale (guanti, scarpe, indumenti...).

THE MACHINE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO OPERATE WITHIN THE LIMITS DESCRIBED IN THIS BOOKLET AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MAKER’S INSTRUCTIONS.The machine must be used only for the purpose for which it was expressly designed. Any other use is considered wrong and therefore unacceptable.The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper, erroneous, or unacceptable use of the machine.The use of the machine is foreseen for one operator who has the obligation of keeping any person exposed away from the danger area during all the work phases (3 meters around the machine).
This symbol is used in the present manual to warn the operator of particular risks associated with the use of the machine. The operator is the first consignee and is responsible for the respect of the safety regulations, not only for himself, but also for other persons who are exposed to the risks of the machine. The non-respect
of the instructions can cause damages to the persons which in certain cases can lead to death.
The machine is not equipped with a lighting of its own. Carry out all the work operations in premises fitted with a good lighting. For all unpacking, installation, work and maintenance operations wear suitable Individual Safety Devices (gloves, shoes, clothes, etc).

Le fabricant ne pourra être considéré responsable des éventuels dommages causés à la suite d’emplois abusifs, erronés et inadmissibles.Pour l’utilisation de la machine, on prévoit un seul opérateur qui a l’obli-gation de tenir toute personne exposée loin de la zone de danger pendant toutes les phases du travail (3 mètres autour de la machine).
Ce symbole est utilisé dans ce manuel pour attirer l’attention de l’opérateur sur des risques particuliers dérivant de l’utilisation de la machine. L’opérateur en est le premier destinataire et a la respon-
sabilité de faire respecter les instructions, non seulement par lui-même mais aussi par les autres personnes exposées aux risques de la machine. Le non-respect des instructions peut provoquer des dégâts à la personne, qui, en certains cas pourraient être tellement graves à en entrainer la mort.
La machine est pourvue de son propre système d’allumage. Exécuter toutes les opérations de travail dans des pièces pourvues d’un bon éclairage. Pour toute opération de déballage, installation, emploi ou entretien se servir de Dispositifs de Protection Individuelle appropriés (gants, chaussures, vêtemen-ts, etc.).

DIE MASCHINE WURDE FÜR DEN BETRIEB INNERHALB DER IM VORLIEGENDEN HEFT ANGEGEBENEN GRENZEN UND IN ÜBEREINSTIMMUNG MIT DEN HERSTEL-LERANGABEN VORGESEHEN.Die Maschine ist nur für den Gebrauch bestimmt, für den sie ausdrücklich geschaffen wurde. Jede andere Anwendung ist als zweckentfremdet und somit unsinnig anzusehen. Der Hersteller kann nicht als haftend gelten, für even-tuelle Schäden, die durch uneigenen,falschen und unsinnigen Gebrauch bedingt sind. Für den Gebrauch der Maschine ist ein einziger Operator vor-gesehen, der die Pflicht hat, die ausgesetzten Leute fern von der Gefahrzone wärend der Arbeit zu halten (3 m um die Maschine).

LA MAQUINA HA SIDO IDEADA PARA FUNCIONAR DENTRO DE LOS LIMITES IN-DICADOS EN EL PRESENTE MANUAL DE USO Y EN CONFORMIDAD A LAS INSTRUC-CIONES DEL CONSTRUCTOR.La máquina debe contemplar un uso adecuado únicamente a su ideación.Cual-quier otro tipo de uso está considerado como impropio y por lo tanto irrazo-nable. No se ha de considerar responsable al constructor si la máquina sufrirá daños causados por un uso inadecuado y erróneo. Para la utilización de la máquina está previsto un solo operador que tiene la obligación de man-tener las personas expuestas lejos del área de peligro durante todas las fases de trabajo (3 metros alrededor de la máquina).
Este símbolo se utiliza en el presente manual cuando se desea llamar la atención del operador sobre particulares riesgos relacionados con el uso de la máquina. El operador es el primer destinatario y tiene la

AUTOCENTRANTE MOBILE E REGOLABILE IN ALTEZZA (Fig.1-6)Il movimento in avanti ed indietro dell’autocentrante è determinante al fine di permettere lo stallonamento del pneu-matico, indipendentemente dalla conformazione del cerchio.Le tre regolazioni in altezza servono per far lavorare al meglio i rulli stallonatori e adattarli a qualsiasi tipo di ruota.- La prima posizione serve per i canali rovesciati.- La seconda posizione per ruote standard.- La terza posizione serve per ruote di grandi dimensioni e con ET molto penalizzanti.
L’autocentrante è composto da:•Ildispositivo di ancoraggio del cerchio, composto dalla flangia di bloccaggio;•Laflangia (autocentrante) regolabile in altezza;•Ildispositivo di bloccaggio composto dal piolo di trascinamento (fig.1-7) appositamente studiato per adattarsi
a qualsiasi tipo di cerchio senza recar alcun danno e dal perno (fig.1-8) di bloccaggio di semplice e facile applica-zione;
•Laflangia 3/4/5 fori per cerchi con canale rovesciato e trasporto leggero.Le dimensioni del cassone consentono di operare su pneumatici di diametro massimo di 1300mm (52”) e cerchi di diametro 762mm (30”).
HELPER (Fig.1-19)Lo smontagomme è dotato di un dispositivo helper, il cui funzionamento pneumatico a pressione permette di mantenere nel canale il tallone del pneumatico, in particolare quelli con montaggio gravoso; è composto da:•Ilbraccio snodato (fig.1-20), per il posizionamento dell’helper.•Ilrullo helper, comandato dal cilindro pneumatico, per la pressione sul pneumatico che ne aiuta il montaggio.

HYDRAULIC BEAD-BREAKER GROUP (Fig.1-16_18)The tyre changer is equipped with a hydraulic roller bead-breaker for safe bead-breaking of tyres mounted on alloy or painted rims, consisting of:•The rollers, mounted on fixed arms, operate in perfect symmetry to help the operator when preparing bead-
breaking.•ThesymmetricalactionoftheTeflonrollerscombinedwiththemovementofthechuckallowsoptimumefficiency

MOBILE AND HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE CHUCK (Fig.1-6)The backwards and forwards movement of the chuck is fundamental for allowing bead-breaking regardless of rim for-mat.The three height-adjustments are used for better exploiting the bead-breaking rollers and for adapting them to any type of tyre.- The first position is used for overturned channels.- The second position is used for standard tyres.- The third position is used for large size tyres with penalizing ET’s.
The chuck consists of:•Therim locking device with locking flange;•Theheight-adjustableflange (chuck);•Thelocking device consisting of a specifically designed drive pin (fig.1-7) for operating with any type of rim without damage and of an easy-to-insert locking pin (fig.1-8);•A3/4/5 hole adapter for inverted rims and light transport.The casing dimensions allow to work on tyres of up to 1300mm (52”) and rims of up to 762mm (30”) in diameter.

•Letroisièmebrasopérant(fig.1-17)estspécialementutilepouréviter lerentalonnement de pneus ayant un montage particulièrement difficile.
•Laconsoledecommande(fig.1-12)actionnetouslesmouvementshydrauli-ques (voir la section des commandes).
AUTOCENTREUR MOBILE ET RÉGLABLE EN HAUTEUR (Fig.1-6)Le mouvement va-et-vient de l’autocentreur est déterminant pour le détalon-nement du pneu, quelle que soit la forme de la jante.Les trois réglages en hauteur servent pour faire travailler au mieux les rouleaux détalonneurs et les adapter à tout type de roue.- La première position sert pour les gorges renversées.- La deuxième position pour les roues standard.- La troisième position sert pour les roues de grandes dimensions et avec des ET très pénalisantes.L’autocentreur est composé par:•Ledispositif d’ancrage de la jante, composé par la bride de blocage;•Labride (autocentrante) réglable en hauteur;•Ledispositif de blocage composé par le pieu d’entraînement (fig.1-7) spé-
cialement étudié pour s’adapter à tout type de jante sans causer des dom-mages et par le pivot (fig.1-8) de blocage, simple et facile à appliquer;
•Labride 3/4/5 trous pour jantes avec gorge renversée et transport léger.Les dimensions du bâti permettent de travailler sur des pneus de 1300mm (52”) et des jantes de 762mm (30”) de diam. maxi.
HELPER (Fig.1-19)Le démonte-pneus est muni d’un dispositif d’assistance, dont le fonctionne-ment pneumatique à pression permet de tenir dans la gorge le talon du pneu,en particulier ceux ayant un montage difficile; il est formé: •Dubras articulé (fig.1-20), pour le positionnement de l’assistant.•Durouleau helper, commandé par le vérin pneumatique, pour la pression
sur le pneu aidant à son détalonnement.
OUTIL (Fig.1-21)On déplace l’outil, utilisé pour le démontage et le montage du pneu, par des mouvements hydrauliques (actionnables de la console de commande) afin de pouvoir utiliser les deux parties qui le forment, à savoir :•l’outilplat,servantaudémontagedu2èmetalonetaumontagedu1eret
du 2ème talon du pneu.•l’outilcintré,servantaudémontagedu1ertalondupneu.
GRUPO DESTALONADOR HIDRÁULICO (Fig.1-16_18)El desmontador de neumáticos cuenta con un destalonador hidráulico de rodil-los para destalonar con toda seguridad los neumáticos montados en llantas de aleación o barnizadas. Está formado por:•Losrodillos,montadossobrebrazosfijos,actúandemanerasimétricapara
facilitar al operador la preparación de la fase de destalonamiento.•Lafunciónsimétricadelosrodillosdeteflón,combinadaconelmovimiento
del autocentrante, permite obtener la máxima operatividad durante el de-stalonamiento sin dañar ni la llanta ni el neumático.
•Elbrazodelrodillosuperior(fig.1-18)puedesoltarseparafacilitarlasope-raciones de montaje; sólo hay que sacar el perno de sujeción.
•Elbrazodelrodilloinferior(fig.1-16)ademássufuncióngenéricadedesta-lonado, es especialmente útil para evitar que el talón vuelva a calzarse en la llanta, facilitando así la extracción del neumático.
•Eltercerbrazooperativo(fig.1-17),esparticularmenteútilparaevitarqueel talón vuelva a calzarse cuando se trabaja con neumáticos de montaje especialmente difícil.
•Laconsoladecontrol(fig.1-12)accionatodoslosmovimientoshidráulicos(ver la sección de mandos).
AUTOCENTRANTE MOVIL Y AJUSTABLE EN ALTURA (Fig.1-6)El movimiento del autocentrante hacia adelante y hacia atrás es determinante a la hora de permitir el destalonado del neumático, independientemente de la conformación de la llanta.Las tres regulaciones en altura sirven para hacer mejor trabajar los rodillos destalonadores y adaptarlos a todo tipo de rueda.- La primera posición sirve para los canales volcados.- La segunda posición sirve para ruedas estándar.- La tercera posición sirve para ruedas de grandes dimensiones y con ET muy difíciles.El autocentrante comprende:•Eldispositivo de anclaje de la llanta, compuesto por la brida de bloqueo;•Labrida (autocentrante) ajustable en altura; • Eldispositivo de bloqueo compuesto por la espiga de arrastre (fig.1-7) estudiada especificadamente para adaptarse a todo tipo de llanta sin hacer daño y por el perno (fig.1-8) de bloqueo, fácil y simple de montar;•Labrida 3/4/5 agujeros para llantas con canal volcado y transporte ligero.El tamaño de la caja permite trabajar con neumáticos de un diámetro máximo de 1300mm (52”) y llantas de diámetro 762mm (30”).
HELPER (Fig.1-19)El desmontador de neumáticos está dotado de un dispositivo de asistencia, cuyo funcionamiento neumático a presión permite mantener en el canal el talón del neumático, y en particular aquellos con montaje más difícil. Está formado por:•Elbrazoarticulado(fig.1-20),paraajustarlaposicióndelasistente.•El rodillo asistente, accionado por el cilindro neumático, para ejercer sobre
el neumático una presión que ayuda a calzar el talón.
UTENSILE (Fig.1-21)La herramienta, que sirve al desmontaje y al montaje del neumático, puede ser posicionada con movimentos hidráulicos y girada (por la consola de mando) para poder así utilizar las dos partes que la componen:•laherramientaplana,quesirveparadesmontarel2°talónyparamontarlostalones1°y2°delneumático.•laherramientacurva,quesirveparadesmontarel1ertalóndeneumático.
HYDRAULISCHER WULSTABDRÜCKER (Fig.1-16_18)Die Reifenmontiermaschine ist mit einem hydraulischen Wulstabdrücker mit Rollen versehen, mit dem die Reifen sicher von Leichtmetallfelgen und lackier-ten Felgen abgeworfen werden können. Das Gerät besteht aus:•AuffestenArmenmontiertenRollen,dievollkommensymmetrischoperierenund
den Bediener daher bei den Vorbereitungen des Abdrückvorgangs unterstützen.•DersymmetrischeBetriebderTeflonrollenerlaubtzusammenmitderBewe-
gung des selbstzentrierenden Spannfutters die optimale Leistungsfähigkeit während des Abdrückens, ohne dabei auf irgendeine Weise weder die Felgen noch den Reifen zu beschädigen.
•DerobereRollenträgerarm(Abb.1-18)kanndurchHerausziehendesBefesti-gungszapfens abgehoben werden und erleichtert damit die Montage.
•Der untere Rollenträgerarm (Abb.1-16) dient außer zum allgemeinenWulstabdrücken insbesondere dazu, das Wiedereinwulsten des Reifens zu vermeiden und das Herausziehen der Wulst zu erleichtern.
•DerdritteBedienarm(Abb.1-17)istbesondersnützlich,umdasWiedereinwulstendes Reifens unter besonders schwierigen Montagebedingungen zu verhindern.
•ÜberdasSteuerpult(Abb.1-12)werdenallehydraulischenBewegungenau-sgeführt (siehe Abschnitt Steuerbefehle).
SELBSTZENTRIERENDES HÖHENVERSTELLBARES SPANNFUTTER (Fig.1-6)Die Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsbewegung des selbstzentrierenden Spannfutters ist unabhängig von der Felgenform ausschlaggebend dafür, dass das Wulstab-drücken des Reifens gelingt.Die drei Höhenverstellungen sind besonders nützlich, um die Wulstabrollen besser zu nutzen und diese auf jedem Radtyp abzustimmen.- Die 1. Stellung ist besonders für umgekehrte Kanäle nützlich.- Die 2. Stellung ist besonders für Standardräder nützlich.- Die 3. Stellung ist besonders für grossen und schwierigen Räder nützlich. Das selbstzentrierende Spannfutter besteht aus:•DerVerankerungsvorrichtungfürdieFelge,bestehtausdemEinspannungsflansch;•Dem(selbstzentrierende)höhenverstellbareFlansch;•DerEinspannungsvorrichtungmitSchubstange(fig.1-7),dieeigensfürdie

Die Gehäusemaße sind für Reifen bis zu max. 1300mm (52”) und Felgen bis zu 762mm (30”) Durchmesser bestimmt.
HELPER (Fig.1-19)Die Reifenmontiermaschine ist mit einer Hilfsvorrichtung ausgestattet, die durch Druck betrieben wird und es erlaubt, sicher alle Reifenarten, besonders auch solche, bei denen die Montage schwierig ist, von der Felge abzuwerfen. La fuoriuscita d’aria avviene attraverso due orifizi per ogni corsia perfettamente posizionati per qual-siasi misura di cerchi ed atti ad ottenere sempre l’intallo-namento di qualsiasi pneumatico.La macchina è inoltre dotata di Bombola d’aria compressa conforme a quanto stabilito dalla Direttiva 87/404 CEE. Das He-raustreten der Luft erfolgt über zwei Öffnungen für jeden Kanal, die so posi-tioniert sind, dass sie für jede Felgengröße geeignet sind und das Einwulsten jedes Reifens erlauben.Die Maschine ist außerdem entsprechend der EWG-Richtlinie 87/404 mit einer Pressluftflasche ausgestattet. Die Flasche hat ein Fassungsvermögen von 18 Litern Pressluft für das Befüllen schlauchloser Reifen.

Dopo aver montato il pneumatico sul cerchio procedere come segue:•inserireiltubodell’arianellavalvoladelpneumatico;•unavoltachecisièposizionaticonbuonappoggioalcerchio, consente di intallonare il pneumatico sul cerchio stesso premendo contemporaneamente i due pulsanti di azionamento e quindi scaricando l’aria della bombola con-tro il pneumatico.
N.B.: qualora il pneumatico non si in talloni, ripetere scrupolosamente le operazioni suddette.
Una volta intallonato il pneumatico, continuare l’opera-zione di gonfiaggio, premendo il pedale di gonfiaggio, fino a raggiungere la pressione desiderata.
ATTENZIONE !L’operazione di gonfiaggio è potenzialmente pericolosa. L’operatore deve adottare tutte le
misure necessarie per garantire LE CONDIZIONI DI SI-CUREZZA

d’entalonner le pneu sur la jante en appuyant simultanément sur les deux boutons d’actionnement, puis en déchargeant l’air de la bouteille contre le pneu.
RMQ.: si le pneu ne s’entalonne pas, répéter scrupuleusement les opéra-tions susdites.
Après avoir entalonné le pneu, continuer l’opération de gonflage, en appuyant sur la pédale de gonflage à la position moyenne, jusqu’à atteindre la pression souhaitée.
ATTENTION !L’opération de gonflage peut être dangereuse!L’opérateur doit prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires à assurer LES CONDITIONS DE SECURITE.

Wichtig: Falls sich der Reifen nicht einwulsten lässt, die oben beschriebe-nen Arbeitsabläufe exakt wiederholen.
Ist der Reifen eingewulstet, mit dem Aufpumpen fortfahren, indem das Aufpumppedal in der mittleren Stellung gedrückt gehalten wird, bis der gewün-schte Druck erreicht ist.
VORSICHT !Das Aufpumpen kann zu möglichen Gefahrsituationen führen.Der Bediener muss die notwendigen Vorkehrungen treffen, um die SICHERHEITSBEDINGUNGEN garantieren zu können.

dispositivo permite talonar el neumático sobre la llanta apretando al mismo tiempo los dos botones de accionamiento y luego descargando el aire de la bombona contra el neumático.
NOTA: si los talones del neumático no calzan, repetir en todo detalle las operaciones anteriores.
Una vez calzado el neumático, proseguir con la operación de inflado, pisando el pedal de inflado en posición intermedia, hasta alcanzar la presión deseada.

Per garantire l’efficienza della macchina e per il suo cor-retto funzionamento è indispensabile effettuare la pulizia e la periodica manutenzione ordinaria.Le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria devono essere effettuate dall’utilizzatore in accordo alle istruzioni del costruttore di seguito riportate:
Prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazione di pulizia e manutenzione, spegnere la macchina tramite l’interruttore generale e togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
PARTI MECCANICHEMantenere pulite le parti meccaniche di movimento, la-vandole periodicamente con Nafta o Kerosene e lubrifican-dole con olio o grasso. In particolare:•Lubrificatore:controllareemantenereillivellodell’olio
nel Lubrificatore, livello che non deve superare i valori minimo e massimo ivi indicati. Se necessario aggiunge-re olio fluido (vedere Tabella Oli);
•FiltroAria:periodicamentescaricarel’acquadiconden-sa formatasi nel filtro aria.
•CinghiaMotore:controllarechelacinghiadelmotoresia in giusta tensione ovvero non slitti.

To guarantee the efficiency and correct operation of the machine it is essential to clean it and carry out periodic routine maintenance.The operations of routine maintenance must be carried out by the user according to the manufacturer’s instructions detailed below:
Before starting any cleaning or maintenance operations switch off the machine with the main switch and remove the electrical plug from the socket.
MECHANICAL PARTSKeep the moving parts clean, washing them periodically with naphtha or kerosene and lubricating them with oil or grease. In particular:•Lubricator:checkandmaintaintheleveloffluidinthe
lubricator. The level must not go outside the indicated min/max level. If necessary top up with fluid (see lu-brication table);
•Airfilter:periodically removethewatercondensationthat forms in the air filter.
•Roller:checkthattherolleralwaysturnsfreely.Periodi-cally clean with naphtha and if necessary lubricate with oil.
•Motordrivebelt:checkthat themotorbelt isat thecorrect tension without slippage.
