Improved machine rigidity
Good balance achieved by designing a new column and base and using a new
structure based on CAE analysis. Critical machine structure has been totally im-
proved by increasing the size of each axis guide, enlarging the spindle bearing di-
ameter, and strengthening the spindle clamping force. Upgrading these has greatly
improved the machine rigidity, leading to remarkably improved cutting performance.
Rigidity in each axis direction has greatly improved when compared to the
previous model. X-axis: 40% UP, Y-axis: 45% UP, Z-axis: 50% UP
