SUMMARY OF GATHERING BLUE

Gathering Blue by Lois Lowry inspires us not

to judge someone when they are hurt. In the

beginning, Kira’s mother died of a sudden and sad

sickness. Then, Vandara tries to send Kira to the field.

After many doubts, Kira will live in the Council of

Edifice. However, It is hard for Kira all alone. In the

end, Her good friend Matt gives her something very

special.

SETTING Kira is trying to find a home and make herself comfortable.
