    1. Property Owner Registration (Account Opening)

    Required Documents:

    Account opening profile & preference form.

    A valid passport copy of the owner and the authorized signatory and therepresentative.

    A valid copy of residence permit for the authorized signatory and the

    representative.

    A copy of the owners family book (for UAE Nationals only).

    A copy of the national ID card for property owner, authorized signatory and

    legal representative.

    A copy of the power of attorney for property owners legal representative.

    A copy of trade license (for companies only).

    A copy of notarized signature of property owner (in case property owner has

    opted for that option).

    A copy of the chamber of commerce and industry membership (for companies

    only).

    Notarized power of attorney for signature authorization or companys article of

    association or signed authorization letter (for companies only).

    Soft copy of the property owners own tenancy contract special terms andconditions (if any) with hard copy of it signed by the authorized signatory.

    2. Property Management Company (PMC) Registration (Account Opening)

    Required Documents:

    Account opening profile & preference form.

    A copy of the trade license.

    A copy of the chamber of commerce and industry membership. A copy of notarized power of attorney for signature authorization or companys

    article of association or a signature authorization letter.

    A valid passport copy of the authorized signatory (companys legal

    representative).

    A valid copy of residence permit for authorized signatory (companys legal

    representative).

    A copy of the national ID card for authorized signatory (companys legal

    representative).

    Soft copy of the companys own tenancy contract special terms and conditions

    (if any) with printed hard copy of it signed by the authorized signatory.

    3. Property Registration - Property Owner

    Required Documents:

    Data migration kit (DMK-PR) for property registration.

    Data migration kit (DMK-EC) for existing tenancy contracts.

    Data migration kit form (DMK-PR Form) for property registration.

    Data migration kit form (DMK-EC Form) for existing tenancy contracts.

    4. Property Registration - PMC

    Required Documents:

    Property management agreement (PMA) registered and approved by Al Ain

    Municipality for each property.

    Data migration kit (DMK-PR) for property registration.

    Data migration kit (DMK-EC) for existing tenancy contracts.

    Data migration kit (DMK-PR) for property registration.

    Data migration kit (DMK-EC) for existing tenancy contracts.

    5. New Tenancy Contract Registration - Individuals

    Required Documents:

    A valid copy of the tenants passport.

    A valid copy of the tenants residence permit or visa (visit, tourism). A copy of the national ID card of the tenant.

    Tenancy contract registration form (in case of submitting at Al Ain Municipality

    approved centers).

    Applications electronic reference number (if any).

    Copies of valid identification cards for occupants (if any).

    Clearance Letter from AADC (to be presented only at Al Ain Municipality).

    6. New Tenancy Contract Registration - Companies

    Required Documents:

    A valid passport copy and residence permit or visa (visit, tourism) of the

    companys authorized signatory (companys legal representative).

    A valid copy of the trade license or preliminary approval from department of

    economic development.

    Tenancy contract registration form (in case of submitting at registered

    typing centers).

    Electronic application reference number (if any).

    Authorization letter for signature from the company.

    Copies of valid identification cards for occupants (if any).

    Clearance Letter from AADC (to be presented only at Al Ain Municipality).

    7. Tenancy Contract Renewal

    Required Documents:

    Tenancy contract registration form signed by both parties.

    A valid passport copy for the tenant.

    A valid residence permit or visa (visit, tourism) for the tenant.

    A copy of trade license (for companies only).

    Copies of valid identification cards for occupants (if any).

    8. Tenancy Contract Amendment

    Required Documents: Tenancy contract registration form signed by both parties.

    Copy of tenancy contract or contract ID number.

    All supporting documents related to the amendments.
