Course Description
This course is designed to provide the essentials skills and some advanced skills
required for using Autodesk Inventor in a mechanical engineering production
environment. During the course students will learn a number of crucial skills, from
modeling part components to building assemblies. Students will also learn how to
create production ready drawings of parts and assembly models. Lastly, students will
learn valuable concepts that lead to “shortcuts” in your design process.
Course Prerequisites
To successfully complete this course the student must have:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft® Windows® Vista, Windows® 7, or Windows® 8 operating systems.
• Basic mechanical drafting skills.

Course Details
• The Inventor 2014 Essentials course is a four (4) day course
• Training hours for the course are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• The cost per student includes the Inventor 2013 Essentials for New Users course in i.get.it.
