� The site offers Web based multi-directional f low of transactional andbusiness information, between transaction participants which forms thebackbone of the Internet revolution as applicable in the B-to-B scenario.

� All cross-organisational elements containing the

1. Inbound Supply Chain, including Enquiry/RFQ details,

2. Online and Off line Quotation logging,3. Order Placement,

4. Delivery compliance monitoring,

5. Order amendments,

6. Material Receipt and Payment tracking

are covered and may be transacted through this site.

� In addition, value-added services such as Negotiation Chat Room with Bidrevision tracking (Reverse Auction), Transactional correspondence (mailsinitiated on a transaction hitting appropriate mailboxes) and e-Mail notifications and acknowledgements, are also offered.

Limitations

� Need Internet Explorer 6.0 and above

� Require to update the Explorer to view the latestinformation on the website

� The browser keeps the page in the memory andmany a times, throws the old page with old data,instead of getting the latest data. To avoid this,remove these files from memory.

� User ID and Password verification takes time

� Clients, at times are unable to upload thequotations for which they have to re-install thebrowser.
